Stayed here with a couple of mom friends and our kids, it was a great stay. Plenty of space to spread out and play games, watch a movie, and great backyard. Didn't really have any issues come up that we needed to communicate with our host for, but they were great and proactive in sending out check in and check out instructions ahead of time to reduce the need for confusion or issues. Great style and vibe in the house too, would definitely stay again.

Laura was AMAZING! From the day I made the reservations, to the day we left. Everything was clean and beautiful. it was our first trip to Memphis. We came to visit Graceland, Beale Street ( highly highly HIGHLY recommend the gumbo at Blues City Cafe on Beale! ) and to see the Peabody Ducks. But Laura went above and beyond and sent us information on other activities to do and visit while we were there of we had time aside from what we had planned. It certainly is NOT our last trip to Memphis and we will continue to book with Laura as long as her beautiful cottage is available!

Our stay in the historic district of Memphis was truly unforgettable, as this home exceeded every expectation with its warmth, elegance, and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt an immediate sense of comfort and belonging, as if we had stepped into a home away from home. Despite our delayed flight causing us to arrive later than expected, the hosts had thoughtfully prepared snacks for us, a gesture that instantly made us feel welcomed. Their hospitality extended beyond that, as they stocked the home with an assortment of teas, bottled water, and even our favorite snacks, demonstrating a level of care and personalization that is rare to find. Every room was adorned with cozy throw blankets, creating a relaxing atmosphere that, along with the inviting fireplace, added an extra layer of warmth and charm to our stay. The space itself was beautifully designed, blending historic charm with modern comfort, making it the perfect retreat in the heart of Memphis.

The Memphis Studio Getaway

This was an awesome Airbnb, not only because of the place itself but Daniel and Katie were gracious hosts and very proactive in our communication. The studio itself was spacious, plenty of seating, the bathroom was large for a studio, and the projector was a nice touch when I had some friends over to watch a game. I'd easily recommend staying here, especially if you want to have easy access to all parts of Memphis.

Great stay overall! The space had all the amenities listed, and the location was excellent; close to the city with quick and affordable Uber rides to just about anywhere. I loved being able to walk to a delicious brunch spot nearby, too. It’s a renovated motel, so you can expect some city noise, but nothing out of the ordinary for an urban stay. The parking was a bit tight, but my car felt completely safe the entire time thanks to the locked gate. My advice: park your car inside the gate and use Uber to explore the area, it made things super convenient. We had two cars so we parked my car in the gate and parked our second car (larger truck) in the monitored ally behind the building. Would definitely stay here again for the location and ease!

The Memphis House - An Amazing Memphis Experience!

Big shoutout to Haynes the host because this was without a doubt the MOST accommodating Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. He tailored the decor to match our Memphis plans, local recommendations were EVERYWHERE, the location was perfect, and the entire experience was unmatched. I will absolutely be staying here again and I’ve already recommended this place to friends as well.

This place was a dream! The space is exactly as pictured! I’ve never stayed at a rental that was as intentional as this home! Highlights for me: easy check in, wonderful parking and a quiet and safe neighborhood, provided fresh dark towels, plenty of toiletries, recent service of HVAC (I was definitely warm & cozy). The furniture was very comfortable from the couch to the bed. Beth, the host was absolutely amazing! Very personable, responsive and accommodative to any request I may have made. Which was one- just to adjust the furnaces (as this has its original heating system! That runs like NEW). Would highly recommend 10/10! I will certainly return to stay again! My home away from home! Thank you so much for such an invaluable contribution to my amazing weekend retreat! Beat me to renting this place again! Lol

My family and i travel to hernando quite often and this was our first time staying in an Air BnB while in town and it did not disappoint! The location was perfect and the house was great! She’s very responsive and was flexible with our check in and check out which i appreciated very much. Will absolutely be staying here again in the future

We loved the Gingerbread Mansionette! It was very comfortable and convenient to all of our travel needs. We had a variety of Memphis destinations during our stay and the Gingerbread was a fantastic location central to all of our wedding commitments and travel. No more than 20 minutes from everything we needed. The host was very responsive and checkin/out was easy. Thank you Mario and Esthela for a wonderful staya

It's a beautiful loft apartment. It has everything we needed. I was an easy walk to Beale Street, local restaurants, and the local museums. The hosts were great, helpful and respond to our questions within minutes. Our only regret is that we had just one day to explore downtown Memphis. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Thank you so much for your kindness during our stay. The location was perfect as my daughter lives just a couple streets over in the same neighborhood. We are expecting a new grandchild within the next couple of months so it was wonderful to be able to help her when she needed it and not over impose so that she felt like that she had to work hard to host us 😊

The listing was nice, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of space for my group of six. The home had all necessities needed to make it a home away from home. Andrea was amazing! Very responsive, understanding , and compassionate about making our stay enjoyable. I am in Memphis quite frequently and this listing will always be my first choice❤️.
