We loved the cottage! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Kathy went out of her way to make us feel at home, including fresh flowers and treats! We will definitely return.

Great place for a relaxing weekend getaway! Perfect size cabin for 2 with a private hot tub. Cabin was very clean with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Clear instructions and a friendly host made for a very welcoming experience! Highly recommend!

This spot is lovely! The apartment above the detached garage is beautifully and comfortably furnished and decorated. There are thoughtful and creative additions that make it just delightful! Everything we needed was there for us. We also enjoyed the deck and sitting outside there in the sun. It was a very private and quiet setting and the yard is full of charm and lovely plants! We loved it! Thank you so much for creating such a perfect getaway space!

This beautiful cottage was well thought out. Decorated, fully equipped and peaceful. We were in town to do a bit of sking and this cottage was reasonably close to Sierra. It was perfect. Hot water ran out quick, but besides that, it was a charm.

We had a great time at Corinna’s! Very quiet, private, and had exactly what we needed. We loved sitting outside in the backyard with the fire pit. Corinna was kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine, too! I had a really lovely time there and would definitely recommend this place and host.

Donna was super responsive and helpful and the place was incredibly comfortable, clean, well stocked and beautiful. I would 100% stay here again. It has everything you need and is so peaceful and quiet but close to town!

Suzanne is a wonderful host! She is so kind, attentive to the needs of her guests. I am touched by her caring spirit. The cottage will always hold a special place in my heart.

Doug’s place was really nice, homey and cozy. Although I did think it was smaller than it looked in pictures, it worked fine for 4 adults. The area is private and peaceful and close to everything in the city so ubering was easy for a night out

Lorrie’s place exceeded all of our expectations! It was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and every detail was clearly thought out with the guests in mind. From the comfortable furnishings to the little touches that made our stay extra special, it was clear how much care and effort went into creating such a welcoming space. Shane’s place is in a great location. It’s private, quiet and suitable for 1 to 2 people. ( couples). it’s cozy but it needs more brilliant lighting especially in the kitchen area. I opted not to cook because of the lighting. In addition, there’s not a lot of counter space to cook. Unfortunately you can’t leave the doors open for fresh air. The one side has a security screen but it’s not flush to the whole door frame so flies, and bugs can get in. And the other door has no screen. Overall it’s a great place for privacy, it’s safe and the location is ideal.

We just spent the weekend here for the Canyons Endurance Run and it was a perfect location! It is about two blocks away from the main street and close to the trails as well. The house was beautiful and comfortable with all the necessities and additional amenities to make us feel at home.

Stayed here for a few nights & it’s was great! The place was super cozy & quiet. Everything was listed accordingly & was perfect for a couple. Definitely will be coming back here! (:

Jame's place is beautifully done... we only spent one night there for a restful stop on a long drive. The bed was super comfortable and the sauna was a great reset:)

I have stayed in more Airbnb's than i can even remember but this place was up there with the very best, I can't say enough good things about it. Friendly host with good communication and a wonderful, private, secluded home which is really nicely furnished and equipped. I am very noise sensitive but it was not an issue here, the street is really quiet and the location relative to the main locations / attractions of Reno is perfect. If you're traveling alone or as a couple this place is absolutely ideal.

I can’t emphasis enough how lovely Richard and Julie’s place is, nor how lovely they are. From booking through checkout they were perfectly attentive, but never remotely burdensome, in their communication. From laying out a curated selection of records, to the pristine and serene home, to allowing us to love on their dogs, everything was so perfect. Traveling with tween boys is always an adventure, Richard & Julie made us feel right at home. This is our absolute favorite Airbnb to date!

I absolutely adored the flower cottage! The area was incredibly nice and peaceful and made for short leisurely walks around the neighborhood quite lovely. We went bowling at Foothills Bowl and had dinner at Pizzeria Luba ^-^ We checked in incredibly easily and there was a delicious loaf of sourdough bread waiting for us inside as well as a personalized welcome card! There were instructions everywhere that answered any questions that could've possibly come up. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The garden is beautiful and I highly recommend making use of the seating outdoors and taking a minute to enjoy the sounds of the birds and watching the occasional butterfly. It was already pretty well stocked with things we even forgot to bring! Like toothbrushes and bottled water as well as some cooking ingredients! Lovely lovely place!

Jordan and Ashley were extremely nice and welcoming. Great at communicating and great directions. Very helpful and made me feel right at home! Would book with these people any chance I got.

Glaicy and Isaac’s place was awesome! Firstly, it is so cute- just like the photos. We felt right at home and really enjoyed the space. We had a car but they are located in a great area with lots of food options near by in a safe and peaceful part of town. They are amazing hosts as well. Prior to check in there was a slight issue with the fridge and they were very proactive in communicating with us and resolving it! Could not have asked for a better experience!! We will definitely choose this spot again next time we are in Reno.

Errol’s place is surrounded by beautiful woods and is nice and quiet. We enjoyed being able to have a peaceful place to come back to after a long day on the mountain.

We had a really great stay - Russ had responded to all our queries very promptly and was very friendly. Instructions were clear and the place was really nice.

We were looking for a peaceful dog-friendly stay for our trip out to Amador wine country and Michael & Clint's property delivered! The shipping container concept was brilliant and we looked forward to spending time on the deck. We were thrilled when we got there to find that the deck was fully enclosed which allowed us to take the leashes off! We had a great evening eating outside under the lights then turning everything off and enjoying the night sky. We will definitely return with our dogs on our next trip! As a side note we have previously stayed in Plymouth, Jackson and Mokelumne Hill where there is a dearth of electric car chargers. This location was ideal for running up to Placerville, charging our car while enjoying espresso drinks at Pachamama Coffee.

*Highly Recommended – A Perfect Riverside Getaway!* We absolutely loved our stay at the Little River House! At first, we were a bit hesitant to book since it's a guest house, and sometimes guest houses can be very close to the main house. However, this one is nicely set apart, giving us both privacy and space. Kim, the host, has maintained the property beautifully—everything was spotlessly clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The front deck overlooking the river was our favorite spot. The gentle sound of the flowing water added such a peaceful atmosphere, and in the early morning, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the river and surrounding trees right from the bedroom or living room. The two bedrooms had clean and comfortable beds, and the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything we needed, making us feel right at home. We wholeheartedly recommend the Little River House to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic place to stay!

We had a great and memorable stay. The place had many amenities that I have t really seen in other Tahoe AirBnBs. We went for a day of snowboarding. And it is super pleasant to come back to a place with heated floors, a sauna, a massage chair, and much more. The massage chair is very underrated as well. The location is about 1/2 a block to Ski Run Blvd. So it is very much walking distance to restaurants. The place was extremely clean as well. Also the selections of furniture and appliances show that the host really cares about the place.
