Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. 100m from Saldun Beach Brand new apartment for max 3 persons located on the ground floor of the house. There are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and the other with single bed. Extra baby crib on request. Apartment has a kitchen and dining area and one bathroom. We offer TV, air condition, Wi Fi, fully equipped kitchen, towels, bed sheets... There is terrasse and parking all private. There is outdoor shower and grill which is shared with the other apartment. Free private parking.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
