Our traditional cycladic house is a hundred years old and used to be a summer retreat for our family..It is located on the seafront in the picturesque fishing village of Mandrakia on the North coast of the island.Our home is sitting right on the water's edge. and therefor has a panoramic seaview .From our veranda you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and have direct access to the water.You walk out the front door,go down a staircase into the sea for snorkeling or swimming.

It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a private large terrace outside. Your stay at the property combines the tranquility of nature with easy access to the beaches, the surrounding villages and the capital of the island. There is free parking next to the house. This is a fully renovated luxurious contemporary house of the 1840s, previously owned by nobles of the traditional settlement of Plaka. High ceilings, very ample spaces,, a veranda offering a unique sunset view and a design which combines simplicity and luxury are some of the key aspects characterizing this special house. We can welcome up to eight guests, each one featuring its own private bathroom.

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. The unified vaulted interior welcomes you with kitchenette, living room and highly eleveted king size bed which are connected with the bathroom. Sirma Irene - the Boat House on the Sea.

Klima is a traditional fishing village with colourful houses extending all the way to the small coast. It is located below the village of Trypiti and the Catacombs. The "Sirma" -a used to be winter hideout for fishing boats- was recently revamped.
