Entspannen, Geniessen, Aktiv sein und Staunen! Konzeptferienhaus mit Garten und Sitzplatz an sonnigem Hang in entspannter Umgebung mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Einfachheit der Architektur laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein, die imposante Sicht aus dem riesigen Fenster in die Wälder und Bergwelten zaubert Erholung. Trin ist idyllisch und ruhig und doch extrem nah am Ski-/Wander-/Bike- und Klettergebiet an Bergseen und Welterbe (7 min nach Flims, 10 min nach Laax). Zum Hauptort Chur sind es 15 min.

Welcome to our cozy guest apartment where you can feel at home and relax during your stay in the mountains. The apartment comes with a private entrance, terrace, car park & semi-covered e-bike parking power outlets. Kind note: we have young children who play outside, so you may hear them sometimes when you sit on the terrace. The apartment is set up for 2 adults (bed: 160x200cm). Upon request, the bed sofa (130x195cm; same bedroom) accommodates a 3rd person (surcharge to include in booking)

Die stilvolle, loftartige Smart-Home-Wohnung überzeugt mit edlen, ökologischen Materialien, einem Kamin und einer grosszügigen Raumgestaltung. Geniesse absolute Ruhe, unverbaute Bergsicht, eine eigene Terrasse und einen grossen Balkon (nochmals ca. 60m2). Parkplatz ist vorhanden, ÖV in der Nähe. Bergbahnen Flims und Laax, Rheinschlucht und Cresta-See sind schnell erreichbar.

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is also a garden where you can request to use to BBQ and enjoy the sun. Parking is available in the nearby carpark.

Unsere gemütliche und private Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch am Dorfrand und bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Bushaltestelle mit Verbindungen zu den Skipisten von Flims/Laax in die eine und nach Chur in die andere Richtung, ist nur 2 bis 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit viel Holz, grossen Fenstern und natürlichen Materialien, die eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schaffen.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen, familienfreundlichen Unterkunft, eingebettet in der idyllischen Bergwelt Graubündens. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail haben wir dieses kleine Paradies renoviert und eingerichtet. Trin Mulin eignet sich bestens für Aktivferien wie Wandern, Klettern, Biken, alle Wintersportarten (Weisse Arena Flims/Laax) aber auch zum Sonnenbaden oder Paddeln auf dem wunderschönen Cresta- oder Caumasee, allles in unmittelbarer Nähe.

We are easy to reach with public transport (2 min to the next stop "Trin Dorf", 2 runs every hour till late). The house is held in the style of 1900 and furbished in a simple but charming way. If you do love nature and the outdoor sports, and if you appreciate authentic village life rather than the beaten track we are the right place for you. And if you fancy more attractions at some point we are only 10 min from Flims/Laax/Falera. You have plenty of options!

Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

Our flat is in the small and idyllic mountain village of Trin. It is ideally located offering lots of activity opportunities for every taste: relaxing and contemplating the beautiful mountain views in our sunny terrace, discovering the surrounding woods, mountains and lakes either by hiking or mountain biking, skiing in the very near ski area of Flims/Laax or cross-country skiing in Trin/Flims-Bargis-Sagogn, among many others.
