Renta de casas vacacionales en Trieste

Wirklich wunderbar. Man hatte alles was man braucht, es war super sauber und bei Fragen oder sonstigem jeder Zeit jemand erreichbar.

Ho trascorso il Capodanno con i miei amici nell’alloggio di Stefan e siamo rimasti molto colpiti per la bellezza della casa, nuova, pulita, funzionale, dotata di ogni comfort. Le camere ciascuna con il proprio bagno offrono la massima privacy ad ogni ospite mentre il salone open permette di godersi i momenti insieme agli altri ospiti nel relax e nella comodità più totale. Stefan è un host fantastico, sempre disponibile che ci ha messo nelle condizioni ottimali per sentirci a casa. Grazie!

Mooi en rustig gelegen huis met leuk zwembad en fijne buitenkeuken. Het voldeed helemaal aan onze verwachtingen. Heel proper en heel goed onderhouden. We zijn heel hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaars. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!

Wir hatten wunderbare 3 Wochen bei Dennis (und Nino). Die Unterkunft ist genauso wunderbar wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wirklich super für Zwei. Unser Highlight war allerdings der Außenbereich mit der Außenküche, Pool und Whirlpool. Man hat zu jeder Tageszeit die Möglichkeit auf Sonne (oder Schatten) und ausreichende Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten. Dennis war immer schnell erreichbar (auch als wir uns einmal ausgeschlossen hatten), sehr aufmerksam und gleichzeitig aber auch zurückhaltend und sehr darauf bedacht, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir gleich mit selbstgebrannten Grappa (der Beste den wir im ganzen Urlaub getrunken haben) begrüßt, ebenso mit einer Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank und eigenem Olivenöl. Der Strand und der Hafen sind fußläufig erreichbar, schöne Umgebung mit netten Restaurants und Bars. Wir hatten (trotz einigen Regentagen) eine wunderbare Zeit und können die Unterkunft wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Unser Urlaub in diesem Haus war einfach klasse. Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Pool ist toll und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Terrassen bieten viel Platz und sind alle prima. Das Haus ist genauso, wie es beschrieben wird. Sämtliche Dinge, wie Seife, Schwämme, Öl und noch vieles mehr sind neu. Es sah alles so aus, als wäre noch nie jemand da gewesen.Allea sehr sauber und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Einfach nur schön. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber mit dem Auto kommt man schnell überall hin. Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Stand, der immer frisches Obst und Gemüse da hat. Es lohnt sich, diesen zu unterstützen. Aber der Knaller sind die Vermieter. Die beiden kümmern sich um alles. Sie sind immer bereit Tipps zu geben und man wird auch zwischendurch mit Leckereien versorgt. Die beiden sind super nett. Insgesamt kann ich diesen Ort einfach nur empfehlen. Das war sicher nicht unser letztes Mal.

Wir waren im August dort mit unserer Hündin, für viel Privatsphäre. Das kleine Häuschen liegt abgelegen auf einem Berg auf dem auch so gut wie kein Verkehr herrschte. Der Gastgeber war super nett und hatte uns frisches Gemüse und Wein zur Begrüßung da gelassen. Das Haus ist einem rustikalem Stil, jedoch sehr sauber und es passt auch einfach super zur Umgebung! Der Pool auf der höheren Ebene ist für andere Leute von unten nicht ersichtlich, somit ist auch dort wieder die Privatsphäre gesichert. Das Haus hatte alles das was man sich hätte wünschen können. Wir würden es immer wieder Buchen!

Die Kombination von einem unglaublich schönen Ausblick, perfekter Unterkunft (hochwertige Einrichtung, Zimmeraufteilung, Lage, Pool) und sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgebern, hat uns wunderschöne Urlaubstage (trotz etwas Regen) beschert. Vielen Dank Ivan und Petra!!

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie in Esters kleinem, istrischen Häuschen zu Gast. Ester, als auch ihre Tochter Edita waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei allem, was wir benötigt haben. Die Ausflugsziele, welche uns Edita empfohlen hat, waren super. 😃 Der Parkplatz ist hinter dem Haus gelegen, die Einfahrt, bzw. Ausfahrt ist etwas tricky durch die angrenzenden Olivenbäume, aber weiter kein Problem. Der Pool ist von der Straße aus nicht einsehbar und etwas abseits vom Haus gelegen. Die Sonnenterrasse haben wir gern genutzt, auch wenn die ein oder andere Diele nicht mehr ganz intakt war. Die Betten sind perfekt, wir haben sehr gut darin geschlafen. Die Betten sind bezogen und genügend Handtücher sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass man allerlei zubereiten kann. Klimaanlage auf allen Etagen, ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. 👍 Fenster schließen dicht, dass man vom Verkehr nichts hört. Für uns ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Danke! 🫶

Brane was a very nice host. The apartment itself is nice and clean. Would book again.

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

To już nasz drugi pobyt w tym domu. Piękne miejsce, stary odnowiony dom, bardzo wygodny dla czterech osób. Bardzo podobały nam się oba tarasy, zadaszone miejsce do grillowania, a także basen. Można się było zrelaksować i odpocząć. Okolica jest piękna: winnice, gaje oliwne, zachęca do wycieczek rowerowych i spacerów. Miejscowość: Fiorini ma bardzo miły klimat, jest cicho i spokojnie. Gospodyni Catarina jest bardzo przyjazna i pomocna. Na pewno wrócimy!.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Casa Lida. Dem Haus fehlt es an nichts, es ist gemütlich und hell eingerichtet und die Lage mitten in den Weinbergen um Koper ist traumhaft. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit, stets erreichbar und durchgehend super nett zu uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Casa Lida nur wärmstens empfehlen. Egal ob im Sommer für einen Urlaub an der Adria oder, wie bei uns, ein Kletterurlaub im Januar.

Goran's place is a beautifully renovated medieval villa, spacious and filled with natural light. It has all modern amenities and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Goran is a great host, very responsive and helpful. As we were arriving on a Monday evening, he sent us restaurant recommendations and other useful information. Motovun is an enchanting medieval fortress town situated atop a hill, surrounded by peaceful green hills. It's a perfect location for exploring the whole of Istria, as driving to any coastal town takes around an hour in the low season. Motovun has fantastic restaurants that serve sublime meals made from locally sourced ingredients, including truffles and asparagus. I highly recommend Goran's villa and Motovun for those seeking a unique experience of the beautiful Istrian peninsula.

La casa é immersa nel verde, in area tranquilla. Dotata di tutti i comfort ma da tenere presente che la cucina é un mini angolo cottura. Per noi con i bambini per una notte é andata bene, per più giorni saremmo stati in difficoltà. Nel complesso ci torneremmo!

Ottimo soggiorno! Patrik è stato molto gentile e ci ha offerto anche un ottimo tiramisù e altri dolci. L'appartamento è confortevole e pulito

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans la belle maison d’Ivan. Le cadre est exceptionnel, isolé mais tellement agréable. La maison est très propre, spacieuse et bien équipée. L’accueil a été sympathique et Ivan toujours disponible par message. Le petit plus pour les enfants : jeux, fléchettes, filet badminton… Un très bon restaurant à Roc pour déguster la spécialité locale : la truffe. Bref un très bel endroit où vous aurez peut être la chance de croiser quelques biches ! Ps: prévoir une voiture pour y accéder Merci Ivan :-)

Kristine's home was just as advertised. It was in a quiet, peaceful location but also close to local attractions. The yard was even more beautiful than the photos and created a wonderful oasis away from home. We would definitely stay again.

This is a perfect holiday resort for families located secluded and undisturbed in a small cozy village. In addition to the main floor, there is also a separate apartment in the basement which makes this perfect for 2 families to share. The house was tidy, clean and nicely furnished. It had all the appliances and equipment you will need. In the nice weather, we still spent almost all of our time outside in the fantastic outdoor room, which had an outdoor kitchen with a large dining area and a gas bbq plate. Both hot tub and swimming pool were clean and were professionally maintained. Marina was the world's nicest host and contributed to a wonderful stay.

This place is gorgeous and clean, in a peaceful, stunning location. The house is really well-outfitted for a family or group. Unlike so many rentals, the home is equipped with extra towels, spices (not just salt & pepper), cooking utensils, and and the things you need. Josipa is a great communicator: super responsive and helpful and she even lent us bikes for our stay. Thank you!

Aufenthalt war klasse. Alles sehr sauber und modern. Auch die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Absolute Empfehlung, wer nach einem ruhigen Platz zum entspannen sucht.

Our stay at Nikkas place was perfect. Our children felt home at once. Plenty of space, everything clean and a superbe kitchen. The communication with Nikka was easy and she gave us lots of tipps and suggestions for hiking, eating, city-walks,... I highly recommend that place.

Deze plek is magisch mooi! Je loopt zo uit de tuin het strand op. De beide tuinen zijn heerlijk om lekker in te luieren en het huis is heel fijn om in te zijn. Je voelt je gelijk thuis. De host is heel aardig en makkelijk te bereiken en heel behulpzaam. Dit is echt een topplek!

I had a really nice staying at Ivan's house. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and it has a big pool for more than enough pepole. The garden of the house looks really amazing and got a perfect shaded area to sit and eat with friends or family. The house was clompletely clean and is well-equipped for a bigger group. Ivan was really quick with us to answer questions and had good tips for us in the area. Overall, I can recommend the house for every one who travels with a big family or with some friends and wants to stay in a beautiful and quiet area.
