Lá maison est magnifique! Tout est beau, propre. Tout fonctionne. La literie est excellente. La présentation des lits à l’arrivée est attentionnée. Nous avons eu droit à une boîte de chocolat et une bouteille de Tio Pepe.

Très bon séjour à Umbrete avec une très chouette piscine et jardin. Alicia nous a donné plein d'informations utiles sur les restaurants alentours et sur les possibilités de se garer sur Séville. Merci !

todo mejor de lo que esperábamos, una casa amplia, limpia y mejor incluso que en fotos. Sin problemas para comunicarnos con los anfitriones, con instrucciones claras para entrar y salir. La casa muy equipada y el sitio perfecto. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias!

Nous avons apprécié le standing élevé ce bel appartement atypique sur 6 niveaux. La literie est très confortable et aucun détail n'a été laissé au hasard (température, éclairage, échantillons de gel douche, shampoing, après-shampoing et crème de corps rituals dans toutes les salles de bains, etc). La rue n'est pas très passante, aucune nuisance sonore. L'appartement propose des espaces extérieurs (patio et terrasse) bien agréables. Un supermarché se situe à deux pas de l'appartement, ce qui est très pratique. Le quartier est tranquille, peu touristique, plusieurs bars à tapas non loin où reigne une belle ambiance festive. La ville est atteignable à pied sans problème. Si toutefois le taxi est préféré, le trajet ne coûte que peu.

Our stay in Seville couldn’t have been better – this Airbnb was perfect! The location was ideal, close to several tapa bars and grocery stores. From here, we can take bus to the stunning Seville Cathedral, the lively Plaza de España, and all the beautiful, winding streets of the old town. Taxi ride is about 10 euros. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of life, yet the apartment itself was peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Fernando went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We were welcomed warmly and given so many great tips on local spots to check out, from authentic tapas bars to lesser-known gems that I would have missed otherwise. Communication was flawless – they were quick to respond and made me feel at home right away. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is beautiful with a pool.

Super maison avec sa piscine et l'espace extérieur. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et leur espace privé. L'emplacement est bien pour visiter Séville, mais il faut prendre la voiture (10 minutes) pour aller à la première station de métro. Parking gratuit au centre commercial Metromar qui permet aussi de faire ses courses facilement. L'hôte a été aux petits soins pour nous et a pris de nos nouvelles lors de la grande coupure de courant de toute l'Espagne, pour s'assurer qu'on n'avait pas de problème. Si je retourne un jour à Séville je retournerai dans la Villa Romana.

Borja is a wonderful host and he was extremely responsive during our entire day. The house feels very much like a home— it’s comfortable, well appointed and very relaxing. The beds are super cozy and the bedding is really nice. I absolutely LOVED the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We stayed for an entire month, so it was nice to be able to unpack and be really organized. The location is great because it’s very close to the city, but it’s in a nice and quiet suburban neighborhood. We were able to walk our dogs and there are several parks close by. We’d love to come back and we definitely give this home a five star review.

Rocio was excellent, very helpful & friendly. would love to return. The pool was a big win for our son. we really enjoyed our stay. Rocio went over & beyond to be helpful. totally recommend this place.

Veronica was a nice host. Upon request, we were allowed an early check in and she was present at the house when we reached. Prior to as well as during our stay, she always responded within a reasonable time frame which was quite helpful. The house was well maintained and as shown in the pictures. All amenities as listed were present. She also presented us with a box of local sweets which we really cherished. The bathroom on ground floor is really tiny. But usable. It worked for us as we needed a house with 2 bathrooms. The bus stop to city center is 2 min walk from home n takes about 20 min to reach city center. Super market is right ahead of the bus stop and is open from 10am to 10pm. If you don't mind a location a bit on the outskirts, this is a perfect place. and if you have your own vehicle to commute, it's a perfect place to stay at when in Seville. Thanks to Veronica for a lovely stay at her home..!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our stay, which included the end of Semana Santa. Not knowing how hard it would be to move around to view processions, we undervalued the amazing opportunity to watch several from both the living room and the roof deck. Amazing. And, despite all the activity outside, the home itself was so peaceful and the bedrooms were both extremely comfortable and so quiet and dark that we all slept later than we expected. And, of course, the location is unbeatable. Also, Pilar was extremely helpful with local recommendations for dining and flamenco, among other requests we had, and was always super responsive. Don’t think twice about booking this place if it’s available!

L’appartamento è ben organizzato e con cucina fornita di tutti gli utensili per potersi cucinare qualcosa di veloce. L’appartamento è pulito e ordinato. Si trova in un bel quartiere centrale a pochi passi dalla Seats. La host è stata molto gentile e reattiva rispondendo tempestivamente ai nostri messaggi. Abbiamo potuto anche lasciare le valigie dopo aver lasciato l’appartamento.

I had a wonderful stay at Rafael’s place! Looks exactly like the photos and the family were very helpful and kind. No complaints whatsoever!! In terms of location, having a car would be really helpful but not needed. The bus and Uber’s are available but know it can sometimes take a while for an Uber. All in all def recommend if you’re looking to stay in outside of the tourist areas in a quiet neighborhood.

Located in a calm neighborhood just 15min drive from city center, Ana's place is a great place to stay in Seville. Everything was really clean, the house is spacious and has a peaceful patio outside. Ana was very helpful accommodating our arrival and departure times. Thank you so much!

Loved this apartment. It was spacious and airy. Great location right in the heart of Santa Cruz neighborhood. Easy to walk everywhere. Liked that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for our family.

We had a great stay! The place is comfortable and has more than enough room for a couple of days. The pool is a nice plus to cool down after a day in the city. With smaller children we cook at the apartment and there was plenty equipment available. We went by car to the city centre in about 10-15 minutes (parking at parking avenido Roma or parking paseo de colon was easy). Eduardo is a very nice and thoughtful host who also responded quickly to our messages.

Alejandro was a great host with precise and clear instructions to check in & out. The house is located just on the outskirt of Seville city in a quiet neighbourhood. Overall a great experience.

La casa está fenomenal, el tiempo no nos acompañó para disfrutar de la parte exterior pero está super bien.

A group of 11 of us stayed at Ana’s Airbnb for our friends hen do. From the moment we booked our stay, Ana was nothing short of incredible. She was extremely responsive from the start and recommended a list of activities and local favourites to enhance our trip. She organised a flamenco class for us in the local studio, and organised a paella chef to cook us a meal on the Friday. The villa is absolutely gorgeous. The flowers are spectacular and the house is full of beautiful art work. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect trip, thank you so much to Ana for being the best host. We will definitely be recommending Ana’s place to everyone we know, and can’t wait to return!

Excellent séjour à la casa senorial. Logement unique, atypique mais confortable. Matériel de qualité, salles de bain très agréables. Propreté irréprochable. Très bien situé : au calme tout en étant proche de tous les sites d'intérêt. Hôte disponible et réactif.

This was a great apartment in a phenomenal location, adjacent to Plaza de Alfalfa, a 10-minute walk to the cathedral, and across the street from coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Jose Luis and colleagues were welcoming and helpful, and communicated exceptionally well before and throughout our visit. One bedroom was large and bright with fantastically soundproof windows; the small bedroom was a bit stuffy but the minisplit units helped keep everything comfortable. The kitchen was sufficiently outfitted for serving breakfasts and tapas. The azotea and roof decks, accessible via very steep (not elder friendly) access stairs, were lovely. We were pleasantly surprised to discover we were on a route for several Semana Santa processions and could watch from the balconies. Pro tip: stock up at the grocery store around the corner beforehand. Overall this was a fantastic unit with an excellent host and we will recommend it to friends planning visits to Seville.

A casa é muito grande e acomoda muito confortavelmente 7 pessoas! Tudo estava muito limpo, a localização não é central, mas como estávamos de carro isso foi um ponto positivo e o estacionamento na rua próxima era muito fácil! A Carmen foi muito atenciosa, recomendo!

La casa es tal cual la describen, limpia y ordenada. El pueblo es tranquilo, pero tiene de todo y está muy cerca del centro de Sevilla.

Super maison à Gelves, propre, spacieuse. 5 minutes en voiture du métro et à proximité des commerces. Nous avons passés une super semaine. Tout correspondait avec la description faite de la maison. Nos hôtes étaient très réactifs.
