Initially was staying in a hotel that was not good whatsoever, Kiet was able to expedite a space for us for the night until another accommodation was available. They moved all of our things to another room and even moved things we had forgotten and left behind. Amazing experience, quick to respond and act as well. Highly recommend!

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

She was friendly and helped us prepare our stay, finding great places to see and lots of great local restaurants to eat. The appartment was impeccable and our stay felt like a dream. I stayed for a month and everything I needed for a comfortable longer-term stay. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and exactly as pictured. Hue Chi and her co-hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, making check-in seamless and the entire experience stress-free. Great location — walkable, safe, and steps away from Landmark 81 mall, which has a grocery store, restaurants, and all the stores. It's about 15 mins from District 1 (depending on traffic), which I really appreciated, because it was close enough to easily get to but far enough where you can avoid the chaos at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Saigon!

the place was clean and quiet, pretty far from the coty center but it’s a nice place to come home to after exploring the city. theres a mall right beside so it’s easy to shop for snacks and instant coffee to take home
