L'appartamento di Angela è al piano terra di un bel palazzo con parco di ulivi appena fuori dalle mura di Assisi. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la posizione, che consente di raggiungere il centro storico di Assisi a piedi, e la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nel parco della villa.

Ho trascorso qualche giorno nella casa di Gabriele insieme alla mia famiglia (4 adulti e 2 bambini). Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole, l'appartamento corrisponde alle foto, è completo di tutto e molto pulito. Saragano è un posto magico immerso nelle colline dell'Umbria e centrale rispetto alle principali mete. Data la posizione, è indispensabile l'automobile per gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

È stata la nostra prima volta a Perugia e il soggiorno è andato benissimo. Paola è stata molto gentile e disponibile, accogliendoci come delle figlie. L’appartamento era esattamente come nelle foto e dotato di tutti i comfort. Assolutamente consigliato per chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole, leggermente distante dal caos del centro ma comodamente collegato grazie al minimetrò, la cui fermata si trova proprio accanto all'appartamento

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

We had an absolute blast at Giuseppe's. From the moment we arrived (3 am) he was there for us. He lives on premises and is available for anything you need. If you don't speak Italian, he speaks great English. He made great recommendations for restaurants, shopping, sight seeing etc. He has associations with several local restaurants and they took great care of us too. The local pasticceria/cafe is the best I have ever been to. We looked forward to a cappuccino every morning and the pasticcerie were amazing. The location is easily walkable to Perugia. You can take a bus to the outside of town and ride the escalators to the top, our son loved riding up the cable car. You can also just walk into town, maybe 15 minutes. There is also a close parking lot right outside of town if you don't feel like walking. Once back at the Villa, it feels very tranquil. Like being back out in the country. We've stayed at a lot of locations over the years and Villa Nuba was our favorite.

Maria’s place was located in the perfect location. It was clean and comfortable. Maria was also a great host and responsive whenever I messaged her. Having the windows open and listening to the birds chirping was very relaxing after a busy couple of days in Rome.

Grazie a Pietro e sua moglie che ci hanno accolti in questa splendida casa sulle colline Umbre. La struttura è ben tenuta e curata. La Spa da provare e il paesaggio incredibile. La zona è ottimale perché centrale per raggiungere facilmente diverse città. Grazie ancora

This was my favorite part of my trip to Italy. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The beauty of this estate villa was amazing! The hosts felt like old friends right away. I feel so lucky to have the memories of my time here. I know exactly why other guests return year after year!!

L'alloggio di Francesco è comodo, spazioso e pulito. La posizione è ottima, si è in centro città ad un passo da tutti i monumenti, le stanze sono pulite, ben organizzate e attrezzate con tutto il necessario. Francesco è stato un host meraviglioso, sempre super tempestivo a rispondere e disponibile ad aiutarci. Speriamo di avere altre occasioni di alloggiare presso la sua meravigliosa dependance Minerva!

Quello di Cristiana non è un semplice alloggio, è un gioiello. Incastonato nella zona del Bosco Sacro, permette di interiorizzare la pace del luogo. Saranno il sole rosso del tramonto che si infila tra i rami, le giunchiglie spontanee o i rumori della natura attorno, è impossibile non portarsi questo posto nel cuore. Cristiana è semplicemente deliziosa, disponibile e accogliente, cercando di esaudire ogni curiosità o richiesta degli ospiti. Lo chalet è magico sul serio: un ambiente intimo, romantico e caldo. Un posto assolutamente da visitare o, meglio ancora, un posto in cui perdersi lasciando alle spalle tutto il resto!

We had a wonderful stay with Franca and Flavia. They were very kind and helpful, always available for questions, they gave tips to eat and made reservations for us. The appartement was very clean and cosy, it was fully equipped. The wifi was very good, wich was handy with 2 teenagers. The surroundings were green and quiet, you had a lot of space to sit in the garden, there was enough privacy for everyone. The pool was clean, well maintained and there were enough seats for everyone. Our dog Kai also loved it here, he was warmly welcomed by Franca and Flavia. They even walked him on the day we went to Rome ❤️ he had lots of space to roam. On wednesday you can order home made Bread wich is a real treat, very tasty and fresh. We felt really at home at il corniolo and we will visit again in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marzia's place. The house was cosy and the area was breathtaking. Marzia is very friendly and communicates smoothly. She also likes to give extra information about the things you can do in the nearby villages. Thanks for the lovely stay. The Belgium girls

È la seconda volta che ho prenotato da Alice e Sonia, ma questa volta nell' appartamento " I canapé" in via del Cassero. Mi sono trovata molto bene, anche questa volta. Il treno portava un ritardo di 1 ora circa e ho avvisato Alice che è stata subito disponibile. Al mio arrivo, Alice mi ha mostrato l'appartamento e mi ha dato dei suggerimenti per la zona. Poi, prima di andare via, mi ha detto di contattarla se ne avessi avuto bisogno. Era tutto molto ordinato e pulito,inoltre, l' appartamento è arredato con molta cura e nei dettagli. Il divano è super comodo e spazioso nella seduta. Sono presenti anche diversi quadri dipinti tempo addietro, da una prozia di famiglia. Per la colazione, Alice mi ha fatto trovare vari dolcetti e prodotti senza glutine, sapendo che sono intollerante al glutine . Davvero , molto gentile da parte sua ! Ritornerò sicuramente, non appena mi sarà possibile 🤞💪 Vi consiglio gli appartamenti di Alice , sono davvero impeccabili !! Grazie ancora Alice !!😇🌻🍀

Everything was perfect, location, communication, the house. The pool, that we shared with the rest of the houses of the villa, was fantastic. Also, there are two dogs and a cat who were really nice, even where I am usually a bit scared of dogs. We would like to repeat in the future. Just to let others guests know don’t forget to bring your own gel and shampoo.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

We had the most perfect time here, the photos don’t give this property the justice it deserves, it honestly exceeded our expectations. Definitely a hidden gem, just absolutely stunning. A perfect slice of Umbria, with a gorgeous pool surrounded by fields of olive trees. Will defiantly be recommended this property and cannot wait to return one day.

Úžasný týden odpočinku. Objekt a zahrada jsou krásné a vše je doplněno super bazénem, který má akorát teplotu vody k parnému létu - osvěží. Je dost velký i když je ubytovaných víc. Apartmán byl klimatizovaný, čistý a velmi prostorný. Valentina byla super! Poradila nám naprosto ve všem. Doporučila nám jak se kam dostat a jak co zařídit - taxíky, výlety, nákupy atd. Je zde velmi silné připojení na internet, což ocenili naši synové. Ale i pro mě bylo super, že jsem si mohl vyřizovat práci ze zahrady :-). Město Perugia je moc pěkné a vůbec jsem to nečekal, že má tak krásné historické centrum - jen většina restaurací tam otevírá poměrně pozdě, takže jestliže si ve městě chcete dát oběd, tak výběr je omezený. Byl to super týden - všem doporučuji.

The house is lovely and it makes you feel at home right away. The views are spectacular. The only „problem“ are the loud birds - absolutely stunning nature. Paola and William who manage the house with loving care were most attentive. The asked regularly how we were doing and if we needed anything. Both check-in and check-out were in person and we very much appreciated the hospitality of Paula and William. As for the road, our BMW e-vehicle had no issues, even at the two days when it rained. We hope we will get the chance to spend time again in this beautiful charming house. Thank you!

Wij zijn met ons gezin hier een weekje geweest en hebben genoten van het ruime huis en heerlijke zwembad. We waren hier tijdens een hittegolf (38/39) dus waren erg blij met het zwembad met duikplank en er was water speelgoed voor de kinderen. omdanks de hitte en het gebrek aan airco bleef het appartement goed bewoonbaar omdat het goed geisoleerd is en je kunt de luiken goed sluiten om de zon buiten te houden. Wij hebben geen andere gasten gezien en Roberta woont beneden maar hebben we ook haast niet gezien. het huis is erg modern en heeft een hoge kwaliteit afwerking, ook zijn de ramen/kozijnen voorzien van horren. Veel leuke plaatsjes in de buurt, we raden een trip naar Asissi (40m) zeker aan! bedankt Roberta voor een heerlijke week!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura incantevole, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. L’host propone tantissime attività, perfette per bambini, ragazzi e anche per noi adulti: dai giochi agli spazi relax, ai piccoli percorsi che partono direttamente dalla struttura, non ci si annoia mai e non serve allontanarsi per vivere esperienze piacevoli. Il posto è davvero completo, immerso nella natura e gestito da due persone attente, disponibili e appassionate. Le uniche due note da segnalare, davvero marginali, sono la strada vicina, un po’ rumorosa durante il giorno (ma di notte è silenziosa e con tutte le attività che ci sono, ci si abitua facilmente anche di giorno), e la strada sterrata per raggiungere la struttura: ben tenuta, ma per chi ha un’auto molto bassa potrebbe risultare un po’ scomoda. In sintesi: un luogo speciale, accogliente e pieno di opportunità per godersi la natura e il relax, con host eccezionali. Lo consigliamo!

Wer bei Reilly einen Ort zum Entspannen sucht, hat ihn auf jeden Fall gefunden. Man hat einen fantatischen Blick über das Tal und Ruhe wenn man sie sucht. Ein Haus mit allem Komfort den man benötigt um unbeschwerte Tage zu verbringen. Gut Essen kann man definitv in Montefalco und guten Wein und ausgezeichnetes Olivenöl findet man ebenso. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden ind sorglos glücklich

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso nella casa di Sergio a San Feliciano. La vista sul Lago Trasimeno è davvero mozzafiato, un panorama incantevole di cui non ci si stanca mai. La casa è ottima, curata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Sergio è stato un host gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande e a darci consigli utili sulla zona. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque desideri una vacanza rilassante con una vista spettacolare sul lago.

vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang und die schöne Zeit, es war wunderbar bei euch! ich habe mich sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. die Unterkunft liegt ganz toll, mitten in den Bergen, mit einem unfassbar tollen Ausblick über das Tal. es ist ein fast magischer Ort. die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich auch ihre Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und hat mir immer bei allem geholfen. die Gastgeberin hat sogar an einem Tag ein Stück selbstgebackenen Kuchen an den Pool gebracht. das war ganz toll. die Wohnung ist super, sehr sauber, geräumig, und die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. man kann sich an diesem wunderbaren Ort nur wohlfühlen.
