It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking directly outside the cottage.

Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. Our small, but recently restored bolthole is the perfect escape for exploring all areas of Cornwall. Ideally located inland for access to both the north and south coasts, as well as the many pretty Cornish towns and villages, especially the stunning Roseland peninsula nearby. Coombe is a sleepy village, with a permanent community. Nearest amenities, such as shops and pubs are within a 5 minute drive. Our south facing garden and terrace is a delightful sun trap. Lanjeth Cornish cottage in quiet rural location.

A much loved family home, previously a clay worker's cottage. On a residential road with a 20 mph speed limit. It has it's quirks but is ideal for a home from home. Centrally located on the outskirts of St Austell, the cottage is affordably priced and I believe good value for money. Lanjeth is a rural hamlet within easy distance of The Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, beaches in St Austell or Newquay. Within walking distance is Lanjeth Water Gardens which is a great place to explore.

Kingfisher Cottage at Nansladron Farm is a beautifully furnished & cosy self-contained cottage in the grounds of our 16th century grade II listed farmhouse.
