We had a wonderful time playing in the snow with easy access to a bus line. The kids learned to ski at the Fu Snow Resort, we would definitely come back!

Second House Otaru is a helpful and responsive host. The house is spacious and has the necessary amenities. It's also located near places of interest. Otaru is an interesting city, and we had an enjoyable time here. Thank you Second House for hosting us at Otaru! 😊

Stayed here twice in our skiing trip. Great place near Sapporo.

I love the place so much glad we get to experience staying at a japanese home. Lovely and spacious house and everything was perfect thank u for having us!

Photos don’t do justice to this place! The interior is really aesthetics and beautiful! Stayed in a group of 5 and feels that the accomodation is really spacious too, with lotsa of room for us to chat or have personal time.

Lovely big house, kind host! Easily fit 6 guests. House has all needed amenities, including many towels. The host very kindly drove us at 5:00 AM to the station when we needed to go to the airport. Would stay again.

子供の進学のための引っ越しの後に、観光するために予約しました。引っ越しが終わってからの移動だったので、ハッキリしたチェックインの時間を決めれませんでしたが、柔軟に対応していただいて助かりました。 部屋も広く、設備も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 旅先でホッとできる空間を提供していただき、ありがとうございました。 オーナー様のほがらかな人柄も嬉しかったです。 次に北海道に来る事があれば、是非また利用させていただきたいです。

Convenient location from the airport , comfortable space and friendly hosts

Great location. Good for short or long term stay.

Clean, no frills studio apartment that is super close to parks for dog walking. it was a great stopover for us on our camping tour of Hokkaido. The building itself is dated and the hallway smells of cigarettes, but Miyuki's apartment was free from that smell and had what we needed. About a 10 minute walk from Susukino and all the izakayas you could want. If you have a dog this is a great option. We will likely use it again next time through.

Clean place at a good location. The host was very helpful and accommodating as well.

15 min walk from Odori/city center. Lots to do. Nice location on the river. We would stay here again.

Miy’s place ideal for us who came to japan on our honeymoon. The apartment felt like a home we could spend our days. Would recommend 10/10.

駅やコンビニからとても近く、宿泊しやすい施設でした！

素晴らしい滞在となりました。 温泉を楽しみにしていて、2.3人ずつ入れるのでおしゃべりしながらゆっくり温まることができました。 事前に聞いていた通りカメムシはたくさん出ましたが、施設が清潔すぎて私自身は気にならず。超がつくほど虫苦手な方は虫の出ない時期がおすすめです。4月はカメムシしか見ませんでした。 朱里さんは返信が早く、わからないこともすぐに教えてくれました。 宿泊の前後は支笏湖や洞爺湖で観光ができます。

日常を忘れて、心からリラックスできるすてきな時間をすごしました。 今回は夫婦ふたりでの旅。ふだんの生活や仕事のことを少しでも手ばなして、ゆっくりとすごすことが目的でした。出発前は、ちゃんと気持ちを切りかえられるかな？と少し心配もありましたが、この宿に着いて中に入った瞬間、その心配は消えました。 宿はとても清潔で広く、ほっとするような木のぬくもりを感じました。出かけて戻ってきたときは、自然と「ただいま」という言葉が出るような癒し空間でした。 観光の予定はあまり立てていませんでしたが、ホストのエリーゼさんがくださった情報と、宿にあったガイドブックのおかげで、近くの温泉にも行き、洞爺湖畔のジョギング、有珠山山頂からの美しい景色を楽しみました。 エリーゼさんとこのステキな宿のおかげで、本当にゆったりした心に残る時間が過ごせました。ありがとうございました。
