Everything was great. Place looked as advertised. Only downside was the on your own parking combined with arriving late in the evening was not ideal.

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

Jenny’s place was exactly what we needed for our long weekend trip. I loved that it was spacious, clean and had excellent natural light. We spent lots of time walking through the park across the street and appreciated how quiet the street/block was at night. 10/10 would recommend!

This little cottage had my family feel right at home. Very cozy and close to the bay with a beautiful view. Also the neighbors are very friendly!

The place is exactly as pictured and listed, very cozy for our group of 3 small families. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating with all our requests, and there were lots of conveniences such as extra towels and blankets, coffee beans and grinder, toiletries, baking sheets, kid related supplies, and more. Dining and lounge areas will be a tad short on seating for a max group of 8, but we adapted just fine to that. It was below freezing for much of our stay but the house stayed very comfortable for us. We found the area to be quiet, but we aren't sound sensitive so YMMV. There's a large grocery store and quite a few good restaurants within walking distance. DEFINITELY hit up Cafe Dear Leon if you can, it is a bakery in walking distance and all 8 of us raved about every item.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

As others have said, beautiful and spacious house with stunning views on the water! The house was clean, kitchen filled with all the tools for cooking (even things like wax paper, aluminum foil, all the spices you could think of, etc.), and we loved the ping pong table in the garage. The grounds were super peaceful and fun to walk around. We came in November so the pool was covered, but it was great to go out on the dock and kayak on the water. Not sure if it was the cold or not, but on some of the doors, the deadbolt was a little sticky and difficult to turn, so we just avoided these doors throughout our stay. We would love to come back in the summer time/when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool! Also very much appreciated that we could bring our dog.

Muy linda la casa tal cual como en las fotos,muy limpia y una cocina con todo lo necesario,Emile muy amable y siempre a la orden ante cualquier problema,dónde está ubicada la casa es una zona muy tranquila con vecinos muy amables,como recomendación antes de llegar a la casa hay una calle que tiene final si uno camina hacia abajo se encontrarán con un río un lugar hermoso para caminar el lugar es muy transitable y seguro me encantó y por último les recomiendo hospedarse con Emile,Gracias!!!!
