We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and private this home was considering its proximity to restaurants and the main thoroughfare in Coral Bay! It was so convenient for us to get to all the beaches we love to snorkel at AND the very best dinners were at Sharky’s right outside our front gate!! So we did not have to drive to dinner most nights!! We could walk to Crabby’s, practically next door for snorkel rentals. There is also a small market right behind Crabby’s. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately as Jose was living on the premises. We only saw him when we needed help with something. Only concern for Seniors is the winding stairwell to go upstairs to bedrooms and main bathroom. Fortunately, there is a first floor bathroom and shower we also really appreciated being Seniors ourselves!! We LOVED the screened porch surrounding the home and the small pool was refreshing after a snorkel. There is a hose for cleaning sand off everything by the pool.

Breakfast tacos on the covered patio was a wonderful break from the wedding festivities at Long Bay Beach resort. Fresh flowers were a lovely greeting. The air conditioners worked quickly! We were bid goodbye by a beautiful view of a double rainbow over the bay from the upstairs bedroom balcony on our last morning. The stairs made getting to and from the resort for wedding activities a breeze. Thank you, Sophie!

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home nestled in the mountains of Tortola. The setting was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views that we enjoyed every day. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Peter and Denise were incredible hosts: warm, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with unbeatable scenery and top-notch hosting. We’re already looking forward to coming back! A stunning location with gorgeous views, this house is an absolute gem! Thank you, Eileen, for all of your local recommendations, responsiveness to all of my questions (we had a lot!), and for sharing your beautiful home with us. Perched on a hill and down a very unassuming road you find this oasis with ocean breezes, sounds of nature, and all of the necessities you could need. Perfect for my family of four, with two young kids. While the location is "on the other side of the island," we didn't mind the drive to Coral Bay or to the main beach area (Trunk, Maho)--- there was so much scenery to take in! We appreciated the beach chairs and towels, along with cooler bags, to make those trips easy. We also loved the beaches near the house, along with hiking the Ram Head Trail. The beds were super comfortable, we slept beautifully. We used the loft and the AC made for an easy sleep. Thank you so much, we will be back!

I highly recommend Rosanne's home. Tiffany, a member of the Anteres crew, met us in town after picking up our jeep rentals. We followed her to the house. Super welcoming and answered all of our questions. Casa Del Palmas was in pristine condition and beautifully decorated. Rosanne has put great effort and thought into decorating and stocking her entire home from top to bottom with everything you will possibly need for a perfect vacation. The amazingly beautiful views off the back porches will be greatly missed.

Star villa was a great find in an amazing location (5-10 min walk into town) on St. John. Bob and Marlene were out of town during our stay but Mike took amazing care of us the whole week. The AC in the bedrooms was amazing after long days at the beach. The pool is large, clean and perfect for cooling off after hot days. The view from the villa porch was amazing. I definitely recommend renting a jeep or some other 4 wheel drive car to terrain the steep hills and rough roads on the island. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a well rounded place to stay in beautiful St. John and the amazing hosts (and Mike) were the icing on the cake!

We had an amazing time staying at Sailor’s Cottage. Kim was an outstanding host and very responsive/helpful. The rental was perfect for my wife and I. The view/pool are even more beautiful than the pictures in the listing. We got used to the drive up/down the hill very quickly and it wasn’t a big deal at all. It allowed us to plan our day better to reduce the amount of times we needed to make the drive and still did plenty of exploring around the island while still having lots of time to relax at the cottage.

The Villa is beautiful! Jared arranged for us to be met and showed around the villa later in the evening, as out flight was later. The grounds were beautiful and private. We did not want for anything. The space was clean and had everything you might possibly need, including first aid kits, bug spray and a cooler- to name a few. There was plenty of room/space for us with a party of 7. I cannot say enough good about Jared, Keri, the Villa and the Island of St.John! Thank you! Highly recommend! ***Stone Falls Villa***

We stayed for four nights, just the two of us. Loved every minute. In fact, while we intended to eat out most nights for dinner, at the end of each day we were eager to return to the house, cook a meal, and relax on the porch overlooking the bay. Kitchen was well-stocked, and everything you might need is a mile away at the Love City Market (it is a little costly, fyi). The outdoor shower was a highlight, as was the view each morning from the bedroom. The open floor plan was also lovely, and the house felt very private and spacious. I won't comment much on the road, as other guests already have. I will say this: the first time, we thought, halfway up, that we might have been on the wrong road! But by the end of the stay we were mostly used to it. Definitely need four wheel drive (thankfully that's all the rental places have anyway). We would happily come back. Wish we were there now!

Lovely stay - home is super private yet just a few minutes from downtown Cruz Bay. The deck is large and very comfortable and is a great place to relax and take in the sunsets. Great place for 2 couples, clean comfortable and very welcoming. Would be delighted to have the opportunity to stay again. You will want a jeep to access.

Perfect spot for our week in St John! Wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back!

Ross and Eve are great hosts! It was our first time in St John so they took time to meet with us online and share information and tips to make our stay better. The condo is very welcoming and beautifully decorated. Beds are super comfortable and the place is squeaky clean. PERFECT location for anywhere you want to go on the island. We recommend Love City Tacos just up the street and Johnny Lime in Coral Bay for great casual dining. The side streets and condos in the neighborhood are not well marked so make sure you watch Eve’s video before you go! We didn’t have phone service or GPS so had a tough time finding the place the first time. My only disappointment is that my husband did all the driving and wouldn’t let me practice driving on the left side of the road! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Roger’s place! The home had an outstanding view and all the amenities needed. Check in was smooth and communication with Roger was fast and friendly. Mission Rest is a wonderful place to stay if you enjoy privacy! We appreciated its off the beaten path location. The home is well equipped and maintained. The sunrise views from the patio are beautiful. Falling asleep to the sounds of tree frogs is soothing after a long day at the beach. Emily is a fantastic host and very responsive.

Incredible property. We have never felt so at peace waking up in the morning to the gorgeous views. Plenty of amenities and comforts in the home from Meredith (olive oil, salt, pepper). It was glorious and exactly what we needed.

This house is a exceptional find. nestled on the hills in Belmont looking over Long Bay you wake to views that can't be beat. The house is very modern with comforts for every style of stay with spacious areas so it felt like home away from home for our month long visit with the sun and sand as the bonus.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Brewers Bay… it had it all Private beach, unbelievable views, great snorkeling, all around an amazing Property loved the yard and the patios and everything about it. Definitely will be back. Home was clean and perfect for our family of four.

The property was absolutely beautiful and though it was secluded, we felt safe. This is an ideal place for if you want to get away and relax. The only downside to this property is the difficulty in getting there—be mindful before booking that you have to take a ferry to get to Jost Van Dyke. I didn’t realize this prior to booking. However once we arrived by ferry, John and Rose arranged a taxi to pick us up from the ferry and take us to the property, which was very kind. The property was also a little smaller than expected, but the views were breathtaking and the experience was well worth it. John and Rose were very communicative, hospitable, and ensured we had a great time.

Colleen’s place was wonderful!! Staying on the Coral Bay side of the island was a nice change of pace for us. The house was secluded and quiet. The flowers, fruit trees, birds and lizards added to the beauty. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner in a few nights. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax in the evenings. The beach chairs and cooler were an added bonus. The location was great, we enjoyed getting to the East End beaches easily but also being close to our favorite beach, Maho. It was also nice being so close to the Love City market grocery store. Colleen’s place was the perfect place for our family of 4!! Thank you!!

We were lucky enough to find this listing after being very unhappy with our first airbnb. The view was incredible. The 2nd floor unit was immaculate when we arrived. There was an issue with the refrigerator when we arrived due to the power outages that day(not the property's fault at all), and Brenda had a brand new fridge at the property within an hour. The bedroom area was huge, and the king-sized mattress was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals. There is a coffee pot, a kureg, and a blender. The bathroom and shower were very clean with excellent water pressure and consistent hot water. The gas/charcoal grill on the deck was a huge bonus!! The hot tub was a fantastic way to wind down at the end of the day. We will definitely try to book this property again when we return to St John. This property literally saved our vacation. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Helen's place is truly a slice of paradise. the morning views of sunrise were second to none, and we had plenty of private space for both my husband and I as well as my dad. We definitely needed the 4 wheel drive to get up to the house, but it was so worth it. Super close to private beaches, good food down in the bay. We would happily stay here again any time. thank you!

We were happy to find Satori as described. They led us to it for the first time and it was easy to drop a pin to find it the rest of the week. It was comfortable, had great views from the decks and home, and had all we needed. The pool was great to end the day in after adventuring around the island. The trail to the private beach wasn't the easiest to find, but snorkeling at that little beach was the best. A definite peaceful side of the island!

We had a wonderful stay in St. John - this home had a wonderful view of the water and stars, and lots of room! The two separate apartments and kid’ sleeping loft are great for multiple groups. We only lacked a tv (it wasn’t clear this was missing) and a hairdryer. The lack of AC was a bit hard the first day, but the home cools down after the fans and breeze get going! We liked St. John island better than St. Thomas because the beaches were not crowded and the snorkeling was as good as scuba diving! Wish we would have booked more time here…! (Highly recommend South Haulover Bay for amazing snorkeling!)
