This house is awesome! Perfect for our family vacation. The house and amenities are exactly as described, the view is even better than the pictures. Huge patio, nice grill, heated pool with jets and lights for nighttime swimming was great. Just a short drive to the best beaches. Stacie and Mark were very friendly and helpful, and responded very quickly every time I reached out to them. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Saint Thomas.

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out! Suzy was very responsive to any requests or questions we had.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb for a month and a half, and we couldn’t be more impressed! The cleanliness of the entire space was impeccable from day one. The interior is beautifully up-to-date, with modern furnishings that made the space feel both luxurious and comfortable. Each room was stunning, with thoughtful touches that added to the overall beauty and charm of the home. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view, which made every morning feel special. The private parking was such a convenience, and we always felt safe in the area, which was a huge plus. To top it all off, the host Jamilah welcomed my wife and I with a thoughtful gift that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. This stay far exceeded our expectations. It is hard to judge what the set up at this resort is like and some people’s google reviews did not help. It worked out really great. Our studio room was clean, spacious and had a super comfortable bed. This is not an all-inclusive resort and there is only one restaurant on site. The restaurant was good and the food was good too. You also have an option to bring your own groceries as there is a good size fridge, microwave, dishes, cutlery and glass wear. Coffee maker and margarita maker. There’s another restaurant right beside the resort, which is also a great choice. There are two pools. The upper pool and a lower pool down by the beach, both are great. The staff at this resort are super friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the hummingbirds, Bananaquits and the noise of the Coki frogs every night. Beautiful views. Wonderful house with everything you could need. Excellent stay.

Great house with a private beach wasn’t cheap for Christmas week, but it was totally worth it. Great property - unbelievable location (our 4 ‘pet’ iguanas slept in a coconut palm we could touch from one of the 4 (FOUR) back decks). House was very well maintained and very comfortable - high quality beds, etc, etc. Property manager Leah was great. We ran out of propane on Christmas Day and she came over with her own gas bottle so we could grill. Who does THAT?!?? I am always skeptical of advertising, but this property definitely exceeded expectations. For example, one of the expected drawbacks was the Airbnb ad said ‘No Washer.’ But actually there was a brand-new in-wall washer/drier unit. Plenty of paper towels, TP, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, several beers, Red Bulls, all the stuff to get you by a day or 2 til you can get to the store. This place was awesome!

Chris was a great host. The process was easy and straightforward. The beach studio was as described. There were no hiccups with check-in or checking out. I would definitely book with Chris again.

This place was beautiful! The gardens leading to the villa were gorgeous and full of wildlife. The outdoor space at this place was our favorite part. There was a table and grill for eating, plus ample room for lounging. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We had an absolutely amazing time on the island!
