Xaveria was extremely helpful and came true for me while I was last minute.she responded super fast with any concerns I had…she even allowed me to extend my stay…I loved her space it was easy to find easy parking and close to everything I needed..

Brittany and Robert were amazing hosts. They answered all of our questions quickly and even reached out to us to warn us of a storm coming through. The location was exactly what we wanted.. quiet and private. We spent very night and morning on the screened in porch.

I can't say enough great things about this apartment, Alex as a host and St. John in general! The photographs don't do the apartment justice, it's so beautiful and there were even fresh local flowers waiting for us. It has a very opulent feel while still being very comfortable; it had everything we needed and then some. Alex worked with us on our arrival (several delays on our side) and met us in Cruz bay to personally show us to the apartment. Very responsive and was a pleasure to work with.

Jack and Julie have thought of everything! The room has everything you need for your stay, from beach gear, walking sticks, water bottles, backpacks, not to mention all the great tips. It was worth renting a car directly from them and they arranged a great taxi service to and from the ferry. Jack and Julie are expert hosts and their property on Coral Bay is simply amazing!

Absolutely loved our stay in St. John! The Airbnb was everything we hoped for—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Waking up to the beautiful views every morning was a dream, and the space had everything we needed to feel right at home. Tracy was responsive, helpful, and gave great local recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first stay in St. John & the USVI for that matter so we weren't sure what to expect but after reading the reviews we decided this was the place for us. 10/10 if this is available and checks off the boxes you are looking for then book and don't look back! Everything about the unit was well thought out especially the motion lights going down the path at night. Going to bed with the chorus of animals and bugs singing was unlike anything else and we even woke up to a rainbow a few times from the deck. We wanted a quiet spot away from the busier sides of the island and Amber's spot nails it. We'd wake up go hike, snorkel, have lunch, then come back and read and unwind before dinner or cooking in the bungalow. You feel nestled away in your own private jungle but the entire island is right there still within your reach. Amber was a great host and super responsive during our entire stay which really helps you feel at ease.

Our stay at the Little Lagoon was absolutely incredible! I loved waking up each morning and strolling down to the pebble beach to watch the sunrise. The accommodations were perfect for our family of five - two adults and three teenagers - and the kitchen was well-equipped for all the meals we prepared there. We absolutely adored the natural setting, especially the garden and the adorable family of ducks. Ernest and Donna were the best hosts ever - they were so responsive and gave us some fantastic suggestions and tips. We can’t wait to come back soon!

It was the perfect spot for me, as I didn’t rent a car. Everything I needed was within walking distance. I had relatives on the island who did have cars, so I really only took taxis a couple of times. Again easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and roomy. Everything was spotless . I felt very much at home and was sorry to leave.

Lucian was very easy to communicate with. The place was easy to get to with his instructions. It was very clean and he even upgraded us to a different apartment.

We stayed in mid April of 2025 and it was a lovely experience. The place was perfect for the two of us, was very quiet and the views were spectacular, looking out over Coral Bay. Tim and Lori were great hosts and check in and out were very easy. We would definitely stay again!

Frangiapani was a cute little condo with nice views and everything was as described. The kitchen had everything you need and the place had items you could borrow like chairs and beach towels, snorkeling gear and a beach bag. It was walking distance to town. Some steeper hills so if it’s tough to walk I suggest taxi or car rental. My husband and I had no issues. Lots of wildlife and a friendly outdoor cat we love. I would stay again for sure. Bob was super helpful as well and picked us up and dropped us at ferry. He even took us to store upon arrival.

This place was perfect for a short visit on St John and the location was great!

Mark met us at the location and helped us orient us to the his B&B as well as the area. It is a warm, tropical climate and we came from the cold north, but we never needed to use the air conditioning in the bedroom. When my prescription sunglasses broke, Mark responded within a few minutes by helping me temporarily fix them with some duct tape. It was a small thing, but demonstrated quick responsiveness to a need. I can't say enough good things about our stay. The private garden behind the B&B was wonderful. We sat out every evening and enjoyed the ambiance. It was quiet, comfortable and just great in every way. We frequently commented how much nicer the B&B was compared to a resort stay.

5 stars all around! We loved the location, the cleanliness and overall value for this place. Crystal was so kind and accommodating— she really thinks of her guests with the little perks like coffee syrups etc! We had such a lovely stay and would recommend Crystal’s place! By the way, if you’re a digital nomad be warned that the WiFi on St John is pretty unpredictable, the island lost WiFi for a few days we were there.

Overall such a great stay… was absolutely perfect. Great value for a beautiful place.

Great condo with ocean view. Everything you need within 8 min taxi or oven walking on the resort. The host and staff at the resort were super nice and pleasant. Thank you again. Till the next trip

We had such an amazing stay at this condo. Communication from the hosts fantastic with detailed arrival/departure info. Offered personal recommendations which I highly recommend taking them up on! Managed to lock ourselves out in the first 30 min after arriving (completely our fault!) and the hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to aid us in gaining re-entry. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Three patios with furniture to sit and enjoy. Quiet air conditioning units for each room. Beds, pillows, couch were all extremely comfortable. Three full bathrooms all updated, clean, and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap-such a great surprise! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed including saran, baggies, tupperwear, coffee, dish soap. Washer and dryer in unit were clutch. Restaurants on-site were delicious and convenient. Finally, a perfect location in east end for all sorts of activities. Can't wait to return and would 10/10 stay here again. Thanks!

Convenient room in a resort on St. Thomas. Beach of its own and easy walk to the St. Thomas Yacht Club for a sail or sailing lesson if you like. Short distance from restaurants in Red Hook.

This is a great spot to be able to go all around the island. It is central to everything. It is quiet with plenty to do within the resort area. The food for breakfast and dinner was phenomenal.

Loved staying at Lime Tree! We stayed at 2 places in St. Thomas. This one, and one at Sapphire Beach. Lime Tree has a more secluded beach. It's small, but beautiful. If you're more into amazing view than getting in the ocean, this is great! There are some reefs around to snorkle (rent from the shop at the resort), but other than relaxing and eating, there's not much to do immediately around. The grounds were kept very clean. I would definitely stay here again for a lazy, relaxed retreat.

Do yourself a favor and book this spot. Larissa could not have been a better host and was so easy to talk to. We were exhausted when we got in after a very long travel day and Larissa helped us figure everything out. The unit is also spotless and the views are incredible. We loved it here. Wish I never had to leave.
