Peaceful and centrally-located place, only 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and the Riviera Village and many great restaurants and shopping. (No Parties or excessive loud noise. The neighbors can hear. Quiet hours is at 10:00pm to 9:00am 10 minute drive to the Redondo Pier. Close to Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, and Palos verdes. 10-12 minutes to hospitals, medical centers, and Torrance Airport. You can hear some noise from the lower unit even though the floor was soundproofed

Our backyard casita is a completely detached structure and sits across the yard from a private pool made for relaxation. This little oasis has a waterfall and is surrounded by birds of paradise making it the perfect spot for a mini staycation. The Casita itself has a king size bed, bathroom with a shower and a sitting area with a loveseat and coffee table. There is an indoor outdoor bar top prefect for working on your laptop. We also have a TV with Apple TV, AC, mini fridge and coffeemaker.

Take a day to enjoy our local excursions, or just sit back and relax.

Located along some of Southern California’s finest beaches, Redondo Beach has something to offer everyone. Bordered by the Palos Verdes Peninsula to the south, Hermosa Beach to the north, and Torrance to the east, this unit is only 2 blocks to the beach! Redondo offers an abundance of activities. Some highlights include ocean activities and dining at King Harbor, great shopping in the Riviera Village (walkable), the Redondo Beach pier, and nature walks at Wilderness Park.

Head south towards Palos Verdes and you will find more breathtaking views.

Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)
