Add to that a woodfire pizza oven, fire pit, BBQ, dartboard and outdoor games, and there’s seemingly no need to venture beyond the garden gate.... except the beach - only 200m away!

The area is modern, light, airy and spacious. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Sea Breeze is located in the Surf View Estate. It is a twenty minute walk or short drive to the beach and only a ten minute walk to the surf shops, cafes and breweries precinct on the Surf Coast Highway.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Situated on Deep Creek 200mt along a lovely bush track to the beach. 10min walk to cafes and shops. Complete self-contained, lower level of our home with its own entrance and private back yard. This is a ground level unit, with 2 Queen beds. All occupants - are considered paying guests.
