Also close proximity to beach. This property is waterfront on Sabine lake with a 400 ft private pier, great fishing, a good place to tie up your boat. Night fish on the pier under the many lights and don't forget the awesome views. Occupants do live upstairs and share the outside areas on occasion.

Washroom in back building that shared with next door unit . -Dog under 20lbs permitted. $50 fee additional for 2nd dog ( not set up on Airbnb ) . 2nd Fee are separate from booking and must pay cash before check in addition fee for violation to house rules .
