We are situated on kenneth street, next door to the Royal Hotel and opposite the Store 67 shop, number 4 on the apartment door.

ISLE be BACK, Seaview and beach on your doorstep

Our Island house is located 3.8 miles (9 mins by car and on main bus route) from Stornoway, the Capital of the Western Isles. The house has beautiful sea views across Broadbay and the Minch, it is a short walk to the nearby beach. The property belongs to my partner but I help with the admin of his holiday home venture. My partner is a builder and finished renovating the house in July 2019. He stripped back the property to the bare bricks and basically started again from four walls.

Ocean View Glamping Pod

Our cosy garden glamping pod is situated on the westside of Lewis in a village area called High Borve. This area is very quiet, ideal for people looking to chill out and relax. The pod is located in our garden area at the front of our family home. Parking for the pod is at the rear of the pod. It's a lovely little pod to relax in after a day of sightseeing around the island. If you are looking for somewhere basic to rest your head for a couple of nights, then this is ideal for you.

The Red Apartment

The Red Apartment is a recently renovated, one bedroom property, located in central Stornoway on the main road into the town. It is across the road from the entrance to the beautiful Lews Castle Grounds and the Stornoway Golf Course. An ideal accommodation for a couple looking to explore the Western Isles.

Only 2 miles from the ferry terminal this is an ideal location if you’re travelling through the Islands and looking for a short stop-over! The Wee Wooden Yurt at Caolas Gallery is a green roofed, original wooden round house with picture windows giving an uninterrupted view of the sea across to the Isle of Scalpay and South East Harris. Features include a central dome roof window, a bath room, a kitchen, comfortable chairs and a wood burning stove, and of course a double bed. The property enjoys a southerly aspect with masses of natural light, is well insulated, warm and cosy

Clachanach Beag

My renovated cottage within 2 miles of town of Stornoway, situated in a crofting community. In my croft I have Hebridean sheep and hens. Clachanach Beag has panoramic views over the town, out into the Minch and the hills of the mainland. It is a cosy base to return to after a day exploring. The cottage is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, cyclists, business travelers, and their furry friends (well behaved pets welcome).
