I had a great stay at Joan’s place in Lipa City! The house is peaceful, spacious, and feels very safe and secure — perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s also strategically located near key establishments, so everything you need is just a quick drive or walk away. Joan was an amazing host — super accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay here again!

It was perfect for a small family of 4. We had an event in Caleruega, and it was 5 mins away. Jane's place had complete tools, appliance that we needed. Rice cooker, induction stove, pans and pots. We had a very seamless stay in her place .

I hole that you change the check in and check out time depending on tides, because when we arrived we cannot enjoyed swimming in the front beach since it is very high tide with too much waves that makes water not clear until afternoon low tide. But when we check out at 10am the water in front beach is very calm and very clear water but we need to check out on time so we did not enjoyed the front beach. But very satisfied with the place! Will find this again soon!

My mom celebrater her birthday with her friends walkable access to the beach. Sir Ochie was always responsive & helpful making everything smooth. His place is great for gathering and definitely will go back.

Ambience: Relaxing yung place kasi maganda yung design nya. Maraming syang wood na theme so nakaka-relax talaga. Space: Malaki din yung space, pwede mag-park yung 4 cars if may bisita or gathering. Yung mga rooms malaki din and may AC each room. May small reading area sa taas and sala sa taas, aside sa baba. So, nakakatuwa talaga. Kumpleto din sila sa amenities like mga gamit sa kitchen, tubig, ref. May water cooler din. Host: Napakabait ng mga host. Very accomodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend this and will book again :)

Teteth's place was a perfect home for our family outing. The instructions were all clear and easy to follow. Everything you need is provided as if it is your own home. We highly recommend their place if you want to relax with a provincial atmosphere.

Great place to stay! I highly recommend the place for big groups, corporate events and family get together. Resort staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rates are reasonable and worth the price. Will definitely visit again for other special occasions.

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

Tatsulok Cabins was a wonderful place. I celebrated life's milstone of turning 30 with the people closest to my heart here. Initially I was skeptical because I noticed its roadside, but it does not affect the peacefulness and serenity of the place. When using the CR in the room on second floor, you need to be careful as the water drops somewhere in the kitchen area, but it does not affect or damage any of the kitchen stuff even if it drops anyway. The plunge pool water is just the right temperature—not too cold during the night. I would also recommend to bring your towel, as the one they had was a little too thin. ALSO, BEDS WERE SUPER SOFT AND COMFY!!! PLUS PET-FRIENDLY—w/o that much concerns/questions! I hope they maintain the place for it to still be available in the future! One of my cousins also left her make up kit when went home, but Ms. Carla and Ate Fely were very accommodating and had it LBC back to Manila. Also, Ms. Carla was very responsive of our inquiries

Hello! 👋 Just wanted to share our recent experience, we had a stunning time at Tirta Cottage! ✨ The cottage was in pristine condition, sparkling clean, and very welcoming. They had quite literally everything we required, especially the kitchen, which was equipped to the brim. 🍽 The thoughtful additional amenities made us feel like it's our home away from home, which was much appreciated. 🤗 But it doesn't stop at the cottage. The outdoors was equally delightful, where the pool was perfectly clean, and my family had a fantastic time enjoying it! 🏊‍♀️ Plus, the beach's stunning view added a remarkable touch. It was a pleasure to stroll around! 🏖 Believe us when we say this, we can't recommend this place enough to anybody looking for a peaceful retreat. The combination of an incredibly comfortable bed and a spotless setting made our stay really amazing! 🛏💖 Wouldn't hesitate to book again! 😊👍

We had a wonderful stay with our family from start to finish! The place was clean, cozy, beautifully maintained and exactly as described. It had everything we needed and more. The location was great, and the host went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for. Perfect for a relaxing family getaway and truly a five-star experience. We can't wait to return. Truly a one of a kind escape. If you are looking for a private resort, just you and your loved ones or friends, and no other guests, beautiful surroundings, peaceful, large sprawling property, only 2.5 hours from Manila --- then this is the place for you. I came with family, relatives, all eleven of us. Most importantly, my elderly Mom who is in a wheelchair was accommodated with care. The boat ride on a decent size banka was only 5 minutes or so, and there were enough people to lift her in her wheelchair in and out of the banka. The house caretakers were so friendly and responsive. Preci went to the market for us daily, bought fresh prawns, crabs, fish, etc. The chef was not available due to holy week. But we were able to cook easily in the well stocked large kitchen. The rooms for each cotttage were very large and comfortable to fit a lot more than the 11 in our trip. The 3 dogs (2 labs, one golden) were super friendly and playful. The pictures speak for themselves. Beautiful

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

It was our first time to book a cabin type of listing with a picturesque view of Taal lake and the back of Taal volcano and Tagaytay ridge. The place is private, serene with lots of nature sounds; calming, picturesque perfect for IG shots and very uniquely designed as a cabin type of house with touch of modernity!! Despite the kitchen and dining area outside they were spotlessly clean and free of mosquitoes. The caretaker is very accomodating and friendly. Wifi is reasonably fast. Beds are clean and comfy. Only toilet could have a bidet. The best part of the place are their outdoor pools and lounge area perfect for the sunrise or sunset view worthy of an IG post!!! Its very beautiful, calming, relaxing and peaceful indeed!!! Just an hour and a half drive from Manila via slex but the route could be off the grid from Lipa so make sure to follow the instructions well from the Cheyenne. Thanks for giving us this one of a kind unique experience!!!

This place was easy to find, the guards were nice. The house was also nice, everything was clean and feels right at home. The beds are soft, all the linens are newly cleaned, and all other amenities are complete. The host is very accommodating, always available like 24/7. Ms. Khim replies so faaast and it's easy to talk with her about anything or any inquiry. Appreciate the host a lot! Thank you and if I'll ever be back, I'll choose this place again.

Quiet and peaceful place, the apartment was very clean with a botanic garden feeling. The two ladies at the reception (apologies, forget their name) are so kind and always ready to help. This is my new address in Sabang for my next trip.

I booked Brisa De Playa last minute for my Mom and some family friends to enjoy their Valentine's Day weekend, and it did not disappoint! Their customer service was top notch, and they were able to fulfill my various requests such as an early check-in, preparing a delicious Boodle Lunch for the group, and a late check-out. The property is huge with a beautiful pool & bonfire pit area, and the accommodations were great...especially the bus hotels (which were unique features)! The group had an enjoyable time! Their caretaker Sunshine was very accommodating as well, according to my Mom. We'll definitely recommend Brisa De Playa to our family and friends! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I wanted to share our experience at Bea’s property - it is situated on the less touristy and other side of Matabungkay beach. This place is truly ideal for large groups or families, thanks to it’s spacious outdoot area where everyone can play and eat together comfortably. The property is well-maintained and equipped with everything you need to cook, including not one but 2 kitchens! The host, Bea is also very easy to teach and accommodating! She even allowed us to check out late without any extra charges. One of the highlights of our stay is the proximity to the beach - less than 100-meter walk. Guests may walk through a private access as there is a main house in front of the property, both apprently owned by same person. We enjoyed the sunset, rented a balsa through the help of Kuya Pedro, and were surprised by the clear beach making our swimming experience enjoyable especially the kids! I suggest visiting during the weekdays to avoud crowds and have a more relaxing stay!
