Super séjour de 3 nuits fin avril avec une météo nuageuse. La Villa Lilla a beaucoup d'atouts. Maison bien équipée, conforme aux photos, calme, propre. Hôtes sympas. Le jacuzzi est vraiment agréable (y compris quand le ciel est nuageux). On a basculé le chauffage en mode hiver et les radiateurs ont tout de suite bien fonctionnés. La deuxième salle de bain est plutôt une salle de bain d'appoint mais la salle de bain principale est suffisante pour 4 personnes. Place de parking comprise et cour fermée par un portail. Le bruit de la cloche de la petite église est très faible et ajoute du charme de mon point de vue. Idéalement situé entre Portofino et les 5 terres (on y est allé en train). Je ne me rends pas compte si la courte route en épingles peut poser problème, nous habitons dans les Alpes donc pour nous cela ne pose pas de problème. Mais cela va avec la VUE MAGNIFIQUE. Je recommande la Villa Lilla.

Appartement très bien situé à proximité du centre ville , de la Gare et commerces. Quartier paisible et agréable... Nous avons apprécié l'environnement et l équipement de ce logement. Valentina et son mari sont très réactifs et nous avons apprécié d être accueilli à une heure tardive. Nous recommandons.

This property is absolutely gorgeous inside. Fantastic location one minute from the beach 10 minutes from the train station. The property was clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again.

Logement à proximité des commerces, restaurants et surtout de la gare. La proximité de la gare fait que l on entend beaucoup les trains mais on finit par s y habituer. Notre hôte a été très réactive quand nous avons eu des questions et surtout nous a donné des instructions très détaillées pour l arrivée , le départ, les horaires des bus, les restaurants. Hôte très disponible.

il soggiorno presso la casetta di Debora è stato incantevole, sia per quel che riguarda lo spazio (completamente aderente alla descrizione), sia per la comodità nel raggiungere la spiaggia ed il centro storico di Moneglia. La casa è perfetta per una coppia, in una posizione comoda ma al tempo silenziosissima, con vista panoramica sul verde (lato terrazzo) ed uno scorcio bellissimo di mare visibile dalla finestra posta sopra al lavabo della cucina. Sia Debora (che risponde da remoto), sia la sua famiglia che abita poco più sotto, sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla, in una splendida e caratteristica località di mare in totale comfort e relax!

This apartment continues to be one of the best airbnb experiences we have had. We now came twice and will be back for sure. Spacious, clean, fabulous host, in ideal location, walking distance to the center, but also in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended especially for a larger family looking to stay in Santa Margherita.

Fantastic location with a bus stop right outside, was able to get the shuttle bus to Riomaggiore in 10 minutes and avoid the crowded trains from La Spezia. Gloria in the shop across the road was very helpful with recommendations for day trips. Katia also provided fantastic recommendations for local spots that were less crowded.

Une super expérience grâce à Paolo et Valeria ! D'abord des instructions claires, ensuite un logement impeccable et spacieux (nous sommes arrivés après une grosse journée de voyage et étions très content de notre arrivé "comme à la maison"). Puis, de supers conseils !! Paolo et Valeria nous ont conseillé sur les activités et lieux à visiter autour de la Spezia, ce qui a grandement amélioré notre expérience. Ils sont également très chaleureux et sympathique !

Caterina, nous a bien accueilli. Et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est très proche de la plage et d’une supérette. Un peu loin du centre ville mais des transports en commun sont disponibles très proches du logement et le train est à 15minutes à pieds. Le logement est très calme, très paisible. Il faisait chaud mais Caterina nous a apporté des ventilateurs. Merci pour ce séjour.

Marco ist ein super Gastgeber (sehr nett und fürsorglich, antwortet sehr schnell und kümmert sich sofort). Die Unterkunft ist "neu" und modern, umgeben von einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Wir waren hier 10 Tage, um mit unseren Vespas die "5 Terre" zu erkunden. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Von Levanto bis PortoVenere ist alles nur ein Katzensprung (20-45 min.) und die Fahrt dorthin ein Erlebnis. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

Robertos apartment is a great place to stay in La Spezia. We really loved our 10 days in this "eagle nest" on the 4th floor above Piazzetta del Bastione. The terrace is huge, with great views of the city, the mountains and the lively mingling on the streets and piazetta below. The apartment is beautiful and it is much larger and brighter than we expected from the photos. The location is perfect, with shops and restaurants just outside the door and the train station within an easy 15 min walk away. What's not to like.

تجربة جميلة ورائعة كنت بحاجه أن أقيم أكثر في هذا المكان لولا وجود ضيوف آخرين أرجو من المضيف أن يتفهم ماجرى وهذا أمر طبيعي ضيافته كانت كريمة شكراً للمضيف وأعتذر عن أي أمر جرا قد يفهم منه خارج سياق الضيافة أوصي بهذا المكان وبقوه

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home! The view was incredible and had it not been so rainy during our stay we would have spent more time outside in the patio.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli durant notre séjour de 3 nuits chez Debby. Tout était comme sur les photos et les recommandations de Debby était très utiles. Très bonne pizzeria et restaurant pour déjeuner juste en face de la maison suggèré par Debby et en plus c'est un endroit sécurisé avec portails pour l'accès au résidence. Losque nous avions des questions elle nous a répondu très rapidement. Je vous recommande fortement cette magnifique petite maison!

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad met ons zoontje van 10 maanden. Alles wat we maar nodig hadden was aanwezig in het appartement. Verder was het uitzicht super mooi, je zit op een hele rustige plek. Christina en haar familie woont er ook, maar je hebt genoeg privacy! Weg ernaar toe onverhard de laatste 200 meter, wat vooral een uitdaging is voor je auto maar dit ging ook prima. Hele fijne rustige plek om cinque terre, Portovenere, lerici etc. Te bezoeken! Top vakantie gehad! Communicatie met Christina heel goed, ze antwoordt binnen korte tijd en helpt je bij vragen.

Massimiliano e la moglie sono stati gentilissimi. Avevamo prenotato la casa per il finesettimana dell'8 dicembre da passare fuori, la casa ci ha fatto passare un bellissimo weekend

Alloggio confortevole, pulito e curato. Situato in pieno centro, spazi luminosi e arieggiati. L’appartamento è molto grazioso e accogliente, dotato di tutti gli utensili nonché aria condizionata. Gli host sono stati di estrema gentilezza, pronti a dare consigli su ristoranti e parcheggi, veramente molto disponibili.

Casa molto bellina e accogliente con tanti servizi… proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile in un quartiere dove non manca nulla ..tranquillo .. facile da raggiungere .. eravamo un gruppo di persone e tutte ci siamo sentiti a casa ☺️

Tolle Lage in den Rebbergen mit schöner Aussicht. Auto empfehlenswert (nicht so grosses, Strassen sind eng und Parkplatz kurz, sonst am Strassenrand parken möglich). Steiler aber schöner Fussweg nach Vernazza (350 Höhenmeter in ca. 50 min. runter) oder Bushaltestelle in Unterkunftsnähe. Vernazza ist bezaubernd, ab da Zug oder Boot in die anderen Dörfer. Schmaler, teilweise etwas unebener Weg zur Unterkunft, keine grossen schweren Gepäckstücke empfehlenswert. Genaue Angaben für Check-in mit Fotos und Video erhalten. Gemütliche Atmosphäre und alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Sehr rasche Antwort von Vermieter:in. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die 5Terre.

We had a great time in the apartment, close to the sea and the water of town. Perfect for 4 adults and our 1.5 year (who enjoyed a baby cot and a high chair). Giovanni is a great host who gave us a lot of local recommendations. Grazie, hope to be back!

L’alloggio in cui siamo stati a Lerici ci ha fatto venire voglia di comprarne uno simile per le nostre vacanze future. Casa molto ben curata, nel pieno centro di Lerici con annesse comodità in termini di vicinanza a tutto quello che può servire. Indicazioni da parte di Fabrizio (proprietario) molto chiare e poi il grande plus di avere un garage privato perché Lerici sarà bella ma in quanto a parcheggi pubblici c’è poco o nulla. In pratica non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Complimenti a Fabrizio.
