Un lugar con la mejor ubicación! Es en la zona del centro turístico de Tiberias. El departamento se encuentra justo frente al mar de Galilea, solo tienes que cruzar la calle para disfrutar del mar. El paseo marítimo está a sólo 7 minutos caminando, ahí puedes disfrutar de restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas y otras atracciones. Todos los servicios están muy cerca: Central de autobuses, renta de autos, supermercados, bancos, cambio de divisas, etc. También cuenta con estacionamiento privado.
