A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. The Clausen House was built in 1890 and is a great place for large family Gatherings It has been updated with 3 renovated bathrooms, kitchen & laundry room. It has ten foot ceilings on the main floor with beautiful original finished woodwork. Close to downtown and the Lake with only a short walk!
