This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. E-charging station at home.

Loft in Longen im Weinberg

Das Loft ist nur 12 km von Trier entfernt, auf unserem renovierten Weingut, direkt in den Weinbergen an der romantischen Mosel. Kunst, Kultur und gutes Essen sind nicht weit. Hohe Decken geben das "Loft-Gefühl". Das Bad ist neu, die Küche gut ausgestattet und guten Wein gibt's gegenüber! Unser Loft ist perfekt für Wanderer, Radler oder um einfach mal Auszuspannen. Durch die offenen Treppen jedoch für Kinder eher ungeeignet. Eine Tchibo-Cafissimo-Kaffeemaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Ruhige FeWo mit schöner Aussicht im Hunsrück

Die Ferienwohnung grenzt an einen historischen Bauernhof - heute ein Pferdezucht und Pensionsbetrieb - welcher in Alleinlage auf einem wunderschönen Berghügel umgeben von Wäldern und Weinbergen liegt. Der Fellerhof auf dem Fellerberg liegt weit weg von Straßenlärm und Stress, hier kann man die Natur, Entspannung und Ruhe genießen. Es gibt wunderschöne Wandermöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Einige Wege führen nur wenige Meter am Hof vorbei, wie z.B. der Schiefer-Wackenweg.

Hausboot auf der Mosel

Im Dezember bis Ende Februar liegt das Hausboot, wie auf dem ersten beiden Bildern zu sehen ist im Hafenbecken. Einzigartige Unterkunft an der Mosel. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
