In the lower floor there are three bedrooms,a kitchen and a dining room, two full bathrooms and a large veranda. The pool is right in front of the house and the sea immediately after. The villa is approximately a 5-minute walk through a seaside trail to a beautiful sandy beach to enjoy the sun and the sea until sundown.
