Unless you want to travel to Sapo (a Vietnamese village/market on the outskirts of Prague) this place will provide you with the most authentic food (try the Pho Bo) in a traditionally low-key, imbiss style setting.

Luxury Italian restaurant - ideal for fish or steak. Quite pricy but the fish baked in a salted crust or any of their steaks are worth it. My personal favorite is the mash potato.

Best bakery in Prague. You may have to queue but the bread is worth it! Best time to go is when the farmer's market at the nearby square "Jiřího z Poděbrad' is on (Wednesday, Friday and Saturday), so you can get all the local products you need for the perfect brunch :)
