Food Scene

This restaurant is a very convenient walk from the condo. They specialize in wood fired pizzas and have a great selection of wine & beer. If you prefer to do take-out, they are very fast! 4-minute walk (Google maps will easily direct you here but there is an even more direct route. There is an elementary school across the street with a large staircase leading to a parking lot that you can cut through. The restaurant will be just on the other side of the road.)

Flour is not in Charlestown but it is certainly worth a visit! There are several locations in Boston and Cambridge; if you are near one I strongly recommend stopping in for a sticky bun. The baked goods are amazing and they also offer a great selection of lunch sandwiches. The woman who opened it is a local sweetheart and a local favorite (Joanne Chang).
