Opened in 2012, The Grounds of Alexandria is one of the new breed
of inner city Sydney venues. Located in an old pie factory from the
early 1900s, the café serves wholesome food and speciality coffees
within an industrial and rustic setting that includes a coffee research
and testing facility, and on-premise garden.
On holiday weekends, The Grounds plays host to market stalls, live
music and children’s activities such as a petting zoo. The picturesque
setting and lively atmosphere are perfectly complemented by the
