If you love photography, the sunrise and sunsets here overlooking Golden Gate Bridge is breathtaking. Also, visit the most Beautiful Baker's Beach and hike along towards Golden Gate Bridge all walking distance from the house.

My favorite in the Park are San Francisco Botanical Garden, Japanese Tea Garden, Rose Garden, Huntington Falls in Strawberry Hill, the Shakespeare Garden, the Dutch windmill, the De Young Museum, Music Concourse vicinity, Buffalo paddock, The Academy of Science, the trees, the air, the paths to ride your bike. The park is so large! Rent a bike (the price was comparable at $8/hr) and ride through the park to the Ocean beach. I think you can rent segways too--saw a whole family ride with them.

This is an epic view. In general, much of this museum is dedicated to ancient artifacts from the Americas, Africa, and Pacific/Oceanic Islands. My favourite artist there is Modigliani. Also, I loved the variety of cultures this museum provides exhibits for.

It has a rainforest in a dome terrarium, underground-ish aquarium, and living roof that is fascinating to see.
