The juices are fabulous, the food is just perfect. You do feel "powerful" after you've had one of their macrobiotic bowls and tonics. Go there. Please go there. There's only one other in Kansas City...and this is our treasured joint. Personal favorite is: I AM WHOLE.

Go and get your taco on. And yes....you still might find and enjoy the 2am street taco more, but for the visitors, try a Trejo you can trust.

Please take this lovely lovely hike. It's perhaps 15 minutes farther than the close Runyon but Fryman makes it all worth it. You'll feel like you out of the city and with the birds. It's a beautiful hike and kept well manicured by the city. Don't miss it. She's real purdyyy.
