It's a Burberry outlet store. It's been there for more than 15 years and it used to be a little bit dull. But now it's been discovered and is refitted and really flash. Not cheap though, even if it's a great deal cheaper than in town.

Victoria Park is a lovely space, particularly the western part, near the Regent's canal. Go for a jog, a picnic, or for the food at the Pavillion Cafe, which really is nice. Don't feed the ducks though (they don't like it!).
