Almost everything is certified Organic, and what they don't get from the restaurant's own garden, they get from a group of 55 local farms, ranches and food artisans!
The edible Beats group (who also own Linger, Root Down DIA and Ophelia's--all great places) was based on principles of environmental ethics defining everything decision, from what type of paint to use in the facilities to the materials of to-go containers.
The menu changes with the seasons, with great tapas style sharable options and some of my favorite unique mixed drinks!
