They use OpenTable.com to book reservations, so go there as early as possible to get a table. Super nice waitstaff and a very good sommelier. Maybe the best high-end restaurant in Portland.

This is a total go-to restaurant for us. It has great food in a cool setting at a great price. It's open really late, and you can get your food to go or sit and enjoy the very downtown scene. Easily one of the best Pho places in Portland and has a version of Thai iced tea that is to die for.
