Pan Mee is a Hokkien-style egg noodle soup (Kin Kin version comes ‘dry’), which contains blanched noodles, minced pork, crispy ‘ikan bilis’ (dried anchovies) and to taste with their hot fried chilli!!

Pan Mee is a Hakka dish of noodles with anchovies soup base. In Restaurant Kin Kin, they have introduced a whole new experience to the traditional pan mee by having dry chili pan mee. Must try in KL!
