One of the best Japanese Hakata-style ramen shops in Hong Kong, it's not quite Tokyo let alone Fukuoka but it's close enough to the real thing. Try their classic pork bone broth and pick your condiments according to taste...

This must be the best Ramen Noodles in Hongkong - We have been to Japan twice and ate the best ramen in Shinjuku. This is comparable and just what we needed after a 13 hour flight. The restaurant is not big but is sufficient. The staff was attentive in turning up the air con as it was chilly (as with most places in Hong Kong!).

They only sell ramen, in total you have 4 choices. It's the best one I've ever tasted. Don't forget the softboiled marinated egg in your bowl of ramen, it's amazing! Especially during office lunch hours, or dinner time, there will be a line, but usually you don't have to wait for more than 10-15 minutes, it's worth the wait. You'll spend between HK$ 100 - 120 per person, open till 11 PM.

One of the best Hakata-style ramen places in the city. This is a personal fave - make sure to go either before 12pm or around 3pm to avoid the long queues.
