This is the best sushi in Phoenix from a master Japanese Sushi Chef. BYOB restaurant, Champagne or a dry white (like Chardonnay) goes great with sushi as does a japanese beer. (Veuve Clicquot $50, Taittinger $45, Mumm Napa Brut $16) (Asahi or Kirin Ichiban $10/6pack) total wine is nearby with a bottle chiller that will cool your bottle in about 10-15 minutes.
