Across street from Altea's; M-F 'specials' lunch pricing at half price from weekend price. 309 Park Ave. Close to Elm Park, Beaver Brook neighborhood. Beaver Brook neighborhood is worth driving through for all the Victorian homes. 75% of all homes you see here were built no later than 1939, many much earlier. Lots of history and charm here.
