Bangtao beach, the nearest public beach which you can go around 15 min. by walk and 5 min. by motorbike. There is the local food & restaurant and clothes shop near by.

Bang Tao beach stretches in one long continuous broad stretch of sand all the way from Surin Beach in the south, Bang Tao in the middle to Layan Beach in the north. The beach around Bang Tao is my personal favourite - plenty of small cafe's, restaurants and bars to cater for your daily needs.

Great beach for a long early morning walk

Beach. Eat at Mee men and use her sun beds. She has good Thai food. The beach is great. If you want no people you have to drive through Laguna and a bit north on Bang tao. It is a long walk on the beach but you can reach Layan beach which is north of Bang tao as far you can go. Even further north there is Naiharn which is a great beach also.
