Home to the best meal we've ever had in Edinburgh. Definitely inspired by the Noma philosophy, it uses locally foraged ingredients to create things you've never tasted before. Go for the tasting menu. And bring lots of cash - it ain't cheap.

If you are looking to for an exceptional unique dining experience then this is a must . The setting, food , drinks and staff make this in my top 5 world restaurants. Please be advised to book well ahead to avoid disappointment.
