On the promenade, you can walk, watch the dolphins and whales or mingle with the locals. This is a 5km stretch along the sea front. Always busy and always a great experience.

A spectacular beachfront Promenade, on the Atlantic Seaboard, stretching the length of Mouille Point and Sea Point. A lovley setting to take a stroll amongst the locals. Many restaurants and bars along the way. Within walking distance.

The Sea Point Promenade is great for going for a casual walk or run next to the ocean. You can also hire a bicycle if it is your preferred mode of transport.
