Beautiful protected area where all the deer hang out. It’s right up against Bakken Amusement Park so you can really make a full day of it out here.

A beautiful majestic forest with a lot of deer running around freely. Also near the beach and and one of the oldest tivoli's in the world (Bakken)

In Dyrehaven there is plenty of opportunity for an active outdoor life, from recreational stays with food baskets outside, exercise and outdoor life to exploration the animals and nature. The garden's hunting grounds are also on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Around the forest you can come across red deer, fallow deer and sika deer, and this is also where the annual Hubertus Hunt takes place. Inside the forrest you will come across “Bakken” which is the worlds oldest amusement park, open from marts - september.

Tak a half or full day hike/trip to the huge nature reserve Dyrehaven (The Deer Park). In the green woods and plains of Dyrehaven you will find plenty of wild life (such as ...deers), the renaissance hunting castle Eremitageslottet (the Hermitage) and the world’s oldest amusement park, Bakken.
