These folks are incredible. Keith is a friend and we love his baked goods. Try going there on a Thursday or Saturday morning so you can catch the Public Market in action.

Located at the Rochester Public Market. If you visit the market, be sure to stop into Flour City for a breakfast sandwich or a chocolate croissant!

You can thank me later : ) What's your flavor? Savory, sweet, always something good to eat here. Breakfast sandwiches, unreal croissants (yes, the almond croissant is on my top-10 list), pizza bases, fresh bread. You really can't go wrong.
