If you prefer to rent a bike and go along the river WITHOUT an instructor and a group of people, I recommend you renting place called: We Bike Prague - bike and ebike Tours and Rent (Webikeprague.com). Prices are good (renting places in the city centre have similar prices), bikes are reliable and they have plenty of them. Opening time is 9:00 am -7:30 pm. The address is Petrská 1134/8 and the best way to get there is by subway, it's only 4 stops from Vyšehrad (the same line C - red one) to stop Florenc, then approx. 6 mins on foot.
