The beautiful Palácio de Estói, was transformed like many other historic palaces and monuments and monasteries into a hotel. Enjoy the outside park and views.

The Estói Palace, is a rococo pastiche, in Faro, unique in the region. The palace was the idea of a local nobleman who died shortly after construction began in the mid-1840s. Another local figure, José Francisco da Silva, acquired the palace and completed it in 1909. He was made Viscount of Estói thanks to the money and efforts that he spent in its construction. The work was directed by the architect Domingos da Silva Meira, whose interest in sculpture is evident. The interior of the palace, in pastel and stucco, is being restored and will be an inn.

close due with Covid!!! visit its free!! palace from sec. Ii DC, romantic place, with gardens, statues of gods, very good to take a nice photos and there is also a bar where you can have a drink, and if you want yiu can pass one nigth in real room like a queen or king but its expensive.
