This place is absolutely adorable, the owners are fantastic, and the coffee is directly sourced from the owner's family farms in Brazil. The coffee is single-origin, shade-grown, rainforest friendly, organic, non-GMO, etc. It isn't labeled that way because of the cost to a small, new shop like this, but chat with the owners for a few minutes and you will see how passionate they are about making great coffee! I highly recommend the nitro, cascara, or an almond-milk latte with an extra shot. ;)

"Situated in Downtown Chandler, Peixoto Coffee features a unique, crop-to-cup experience that celebrates over a 100 years of Brazilian family tradition in a warm and modern setting. Pronounced ‘pay-SHOW-toe', the coffee that is roasted comes from beans harvested on the family farm, Fazenda Sao José da Boa Vista located in the Alta Mogiana region of Brazil. The green coffee beans are then roasted in small batches, on-site, front and center in their coffee lounge."
