Santie & Victor moved to Tasmania , with a dream of creating their version of a farm stall , which is a popular concept in their home land of South Africa. Victor born to parents of Portuguese. Santie & Victor have enjoyed introducing new flavours to the region and the seasonal menu has some exclusive offerings that reflect the Portuguese influence. The kind and compassionate couple, bring a strong focus around supporting community and Tasmanian north west coastal grown produce, which can also described as the food bowl region of Tasmania. The minute you walk through their doors, you feel instantly wrapped around their warm welcome vibe. Victor & Santie personally designing and building the venue themselves, this structure is a beautiful feature with stunning landscape scenery, capturing the true beauty of our local regions farmscape. Providence is currently open Thursdays - Saturdays from 11am. Through Summer they are open Friday & Saturday evenings, with the addition of live local music. You can unwind with a drink, or stay for a meal, looking out across some spectacular agriculture landscape.
