Designed by I M Pei, this flagship museum of modern art has a fantastic permanent collection, a bitchen gift shop, new shows always rotating thru, and is just opposite the new Eli Broad museum on Grand Ave.

It's a beautiful place to walk around on the outside, seeing some beautiful artworks and fountains. If you walk around enough, you'll find a water court that is beautiful to take photography in.

Established in 1979, we are the only artist-founded museum in Los Angeles. We are dedicated to collecting and exhibiting contemporary art. We house one of the most compelling collections of contemporary art in the world, comprising roughly 7000 objects, and have a diverse history of ground-breaking, historically-significant exhibitions.
