Amazing breakfast and lunch. Expect a wait pretty much every day. Usually around 30-40 minutes. Great tip is to order fresh donut holes while you wait. You can also get coffee, mimosa, or bloodies
Best brunch in town. Be prepared for an hour wait- it's worth it. Don't pass up the homemade biscuits and gourmet donut holes. The Boulder Scramble is my favorite thing on the menu. 12 min drive.

This is an iconic OMG vegan restaurant and bar. Even if you're a carnivore you will find their food delicious and satisfying. Good solid bar tenders too! Grilled shishito peppers...oh yes, m-m-m-m.

Three important words: Gram Cracker Porter! A brewery and tap room. There is typically a food truck there so if you get hungry there is options. The whole establishment is pet friendly.

Farm to Table restaurant. The menu changes often due to what foods are in season. There are so many delicious things on the menu to choose from. Perfect date restaurant.
A really great farm to table place that changes their menu often to what is locally available. Also they have a highly talented sommiler and their wine list is excellent.
One of my favorite restaurants in all of Denver. Farm to table, seasonal. They don't take reservations, so go early or put your name on the list and then go have a drink at the bar around the corner
