We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Private entrance to a lower level apartment with lots of natural light. A large bedroom with its own bath and TV. There is also a large living room with 55 “ TV and a gas fireplace. It comes equipped with a gas stove, microwave oven, and a small fridge. Safe off street parking is available. Pets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee. There is a large fenched in backyard to walk your pet or have them run freely.
