If you like quiet peaceful place with great views this is the place. A short easy drive to town for groceries or dinner. Great hikes nearby come home have beverage on the porch and watch the sun set with the sheep and horses (Mickey and Ringo)

We had an amazing time at Helen's place for my 40th birthday. We just wish we could have stayed longer! Our toddler loved spending time with the alpacas, rabbits and horses and there was plenty of space for him to roam around in. We had a lovely BBQ in beautiful sunshine and surrounds. We definitely want to return! Thank you so much!

The apartment was close to the Centre. It was a short bus ride. Everything was pretty much walkable to the major attractions.

We really enjoyed staying at Niagara Ridge Retreat. The house was comfortable, view was amazing, and we liked the location.

Was für eine Unterkunft!!! Die Übernachtung bei Kerry ist was ganz besonderes. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es wurde sogar die Deutschland-Flagge zur Ankunft gehisst. Einmalig. Die Bilder zeigen gut, was einen erwartet. Genau so ist es dann auch. Wer bunt mag, ist hier richtig.

The house is very beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything is excellent. The host is kind and generous. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house.

Gloria's place was perfect for work and unlike many other 'BnB's, Gloria's place had the best breakfast options. The driveway was beautiful to drive down and the birdsong was excellent.

Absolutely stoked with the house. Due to a family Funeral we needed to increase the number of guests. This was done with ease. The house was clean and tidy with a really pretty outdoor space. Will keep the River Retreat house in mind for future family functions.

Stephanie was a wonderful host the apartment was immaculate we felt right at home loved our stay everything was perfect right down to the personal touches of a few chocolates and other goodies just beaut thank you so much. Jacinta

Rebekah’s place was perfect for our girls weekend away. Large kitchen, dining and living areas made it easy to hang out and chat. Warm and cosy, with comfy beds and great water pressure in the shower (which apparently is unusual in Karitane). Rebekah was super friendly and responsive, and even gave us some local recommendations. Thanks Rebekah & family for sharing your bach with us 😊

The house is well-equipped, and it is very convenient to live here. It feels like home. It is spacious and quiet. The landlord Lesley-Ann is warm and friendly. I recommend it.

Great spot close to town with an excellent and responsive host. Unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including off street parking. Perry was great and prepped the unit for my arrival. Would stay again - thanks for the hospitality!

We are a family of 4 and we stayed at The Bach for 2 nights. We enjoyed it so much we'll likely return here next time. The house is very well equipped and even has a really nice Webber grill! There are lots of games to keep kids entertained. The kitchen and the bedrooms and the living room are all modern and cozy. The bathrooms are very clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable (we like mattresses with moderately firmness, which they are). The house is only a 15-minutes drive from Central Dunedin and is located in a very peaceful and quiet area. Stan is also a great host who respond quickly to your questions. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the Bach.

Can't recommend Nick's wagon enough, brilliant location with loads to see and do in the area, even in bad weather. Nick was a great host, very helpful and accommodative, showed us arounfd the are and even let us have some of the kale from his garden to use in our meals.

What a view. Loved the location of the house. Convenient to everything. I got an excellent workout walking up the stairs. House was super cozy especially with the big fireplace. I would def return. Had a small issue with wifi but got that sorted.

The first thing that greeted us when we checked-in to Carla and Ken's house was the pristine cleanliness. The home is very spacious and homely. The location is close to the CBD and suited our needs perfectly. It is very well priced. Little choc treats were left in our rooms. We totally enjoyed our stay in Invercargill and our accommodation. We highly recommend Carla and Ken's home to other travellers.

Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great view out over the Harbour and not too far to walk down into town. We caught the bus back as we didn’t fancy the walk up the hill.

깔끔하고 넓고 경치도 좋습니다. 가격대비 훌륭합니다. 경사가 있는 곳이 위치하지만 차고가 따로 있어서 편리합니다. 운전이 서툴지 않으면 완벽한 숙소 입니다. 근처에서 바다사자를 볼 수 있습니다.

Peaceful and quiet surroundings, loved the birds and walk through the reserve next door. Comfy bed, good shower and had everything I needed. Handy to town, plenty of parking outside. Many thanks Chris , would recommend your place.

We loved staying at the Glamis Cottage in Port Chalmers. Port Chalmers is small, peaceful, and quiet. The cottage is a beautiful place to explore from. Easy drive to Dunedin. The apartment itself is very homey and comfortable. Monique is warm and generous and a great host. We would gladly stay there again.
